Sales staff was so helpful and laid back...no high pressure like at other dealers. Also didn't bad mouth other dealers or places, that is such a turn off when places do that. Was supposed to take delivery of a different vehicle at 10:30 somewhere else and changed my mind after dealing with Kim and Tom. They were so accommodating, stayed open an hour later in order for us to get our paperwork/financing together. Highly recommend this dealership. Liked the family atmosphere.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After several bad experiences with trying to buy a used car at other dealers, and after an especially bad morning event that day, I responded to an online ad via text from my car. Within minutes Jason had responded to me via text, and we arranged a trip to the dealer. Jason was very easy to deal with, understood our primary needs in a car, was willing to negotiate, and even took care of a minor upholstery repair. The really excellent service followed over the next week, when the car unexpectedly developed locking and battery issues. We took the car back in for repair, and everything was repaired and covered as part of the original sale. While it was being repaired, Jason called me every day to update me as to the status, and this was without question the best service I have ever had from a dealer. I think what I valued the most was I was treated with utmost respect during the entire process. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
Salesman Jeff Turner was great finding the right car for our needs. In fact, it had so many more great features than we were originally looking for and now we are so glad we will have these added perks!
