I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. I just purchased a new-to-me Subaru Crosstrek at Modern Ford of Boone. The experience was great. Bryan Martin and the staff worked with me to get a good trade for my old car and make the new one fit my budget. Easy process. I first searched the whole area for a 2017 expedition el xlt with the options I wanted, couldn't locate one, my wife searched and searched and stumbled across one at battlefield in culpeper, looked on the GPS and they were about a hr away from me in Manassas va, I emailed the manager Melissa and she took complete care of me, she gave me a trade in value with out even seeing my two trades, and she beat a local dealer ship by 5k! Without even seeing my cars, I went ahead and did my financing over the internet which was smooth and the next couple days I brought my vehicles to culpeper and have to say this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had, Melissa introduced me to Cheryl who was a awesome sales lady and Austin in finance made everything so smooth thanks again battlefield I will definitely be back for another vehicle!
Had a great experience buying a used car from Steven after my car was totaled. He was very helpful and not pushy at all like some other car salesman I had encountered. He was very transparent and put up with my many questions like a champ!
My first "car" was a 1953 Ford Pickup that I purchased in 1973. I've been a truck kinda gal ever' since! My and my critter outgrew our Ford Ranger and I really missed the performance of a V8. I went to Jess Ford in Omak, WA because I like the folks in the Service Department.
I did some research and found that the F150 is still the leader of the pack...and my Son acquired one last summer and I was very impressed with how roomy it is, a Super Cab with a short bed....pretty cute!
Jessica Nordmark and I made an appointment to "see what's available". Me and my dog drove our "Little Mule" (the Ford Ranger) down the Mountain and spent a lovely afternoon . Jess is very skilled. She listened to my "list", asked some very pertinent questions and within minutes she "nailed it". The first vehicle she showed me met my "needs" and was already outfitted with a Bull Bar AND a core heater! We didn't discuss color...but she brought me a "Black Pearl"! I know that the color isn't practical...BUT I LOVE IT! I looked at a few but they didn't "fit" like the one she first showed me.
There was absolutely no pressure. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. It was, hands down, my favorite car buying experience! I highly recommend Jessica, Jess Ford and their staff.
