I reached out to a few dealerships in the area and this one in particular was the most professional, "non-pushy", and accommodating. As a first time car buyer, I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. It came down to who was going to be the best people to work with and hands down Derek and his team were amazing. The car came off the lot dirty (interior and exterior) with a few interior scratches and damage. While at the dealership, Derek had his team do an initial detailing and ensured that if I were to purchase the car the other problems would be fixed. Just picked up my new Raptor this afternoon. Ordered it on 5/8, build on 6/11 and delivered today. I can't say enough good things about Eric, Kirk and Will, my sales rep. They called this morning to tell me it was in, so took a ride up just to look at it. To my surprise, Eric, the sales manager asked if I could stick around and they would put a rush on and get it ready. There's no question about my answer. Once the paperwork was done, Will started showing me all the Electronics on this thing, it's like being in the cockpit of a plane. Once again a Big THANK YOU to everyone. And the price was better then any other dealer around.
Purchased a new Lincoln MKZ yesterday, the salesman, Narh Caternor was awesome. He explained the difference between three models of Lincolns, which helped me choice right one for me. I came to Koons, Silver Spring after visiting dealerships much closer to me on more than one occasion. I highly recommend them to anyone.
This was my first time at Criswell and my first Chevy! Anthony was the type of salesman you want to deal with. knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He listened to me about what I wanted and went out of his ways to get it.

After searching all the dealer in my area concerning trading my C7 and purchasing the Cruze diesel,I contacted Criswell 1050 miles away. They beat all the dealers in my state by over $1000. Well worth to 1050 mile drive each way to make the deal. My salesman,Anthony Vattuone,made the experience seamless and could not have been more accommodating. I have recommended him AND the dealership on forums for anyone make a trade or buying outright. I had the best buying experience in decades with them and I will do so again.
Sheehy Ford is fortunate to have wonderful folks both in their Service department and the Body Shop. They went out of their way to not only keep me updated but worked with the relevant companies on my behalf. I am extremely grateful to Steve and his entire team in the Service department and Erica and her team in the Body Shop.
