I sent an inquire for a used 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe with great mileage and price and Jamie got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. Once at Zeck, Jamie introduced me to Cliff who help me sign the paperwork to take the car for a pre-purchase inspection and assisted me during the rest of the transaction. Cliff was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole process and worked with management to get a couple of issues resolved on the car before completing the transaction. Since the price was best in hundreds of miles a and they took care of issues discovered during the pre purchase inspection, no need to haggle. Financing was very smooth too. I came in with pre-approved financing and Zeck found a lower rate. As expected the finance person (unluckily don't remember the name) presented me with extended warranty options but was not too pushy when I refused them. The whole process took just around 3 hours: fastest used car purchase yet in my experience! Would definitely recommend Zeck!

As an out of state customer we couldn't have asked for better service. After a recent accident that totaled our previously owned F450 we were specifically looking for a replacement F450 truck. With the help of our insurance company we found one at Zeck Ford. Corey Leintz at Zeck Ford went out of his way to answer all of our questions via long distance through phone calls and e-mails even going so far as taking a video of every area of the truck inside and out. Once we arrived at Zeck Ford which was a 4 1/2 hour drive from our home, Nino Williams greeted us at the with a smile and a hand shake. We were very impressed at the fact that he had all of our paper work ready for us to sign when we arrived. He handed us the keys and told us we were welcome to take it for a test drive. Mr. Williams was very personal and took interest in getting to know us. We also appreciate Gene Sirabella for his friendly smile and help with the financing. He was very truthful and upfront on suggestions for warranties and financing! We've never purchased a vehicle that was as quick and smooth as he made it! Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier. When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I traveled from Baton Rouge, LA to Katy, TX for this vehicle. Performance is stellar. This was a used 2018 Expedition Max (rental, I think) but nicely equipped. Purchased at about 29,000 miles. Body and interior in fantastic condition. There was only one key fob, so the dealer allowed me to purchase a 2nd one and promptly reimbursed me. The only problem I have noticed is a rattle in the sun roof. Car Fax has indicated there is a recall for some other problem. I will take it in to a dealer in Baton Rouge and hopefully have both items fixed.

Bought a 2017 Platinum Expedition from Coach. Why? He wanted to help not just sell us a car. Never did we feel pushed. He dealt fairly on price, my trade, and a few touch ups we requested. Once the sale was done, he did not abandon us. Coach walked us through the entire process and made sure we were taking care of. My analogy-The Ritz experience. We talked to him about DVD player and windown tinting. He not only provided contact information but called them to let them know to expect our call. We have used on and they did a fantastic job. The financing was a great experience. Joe was our guy at the dealer. No strong arm, evil car finance guy tactics. He was professional and nice. The rest of the staff at the dealership-nice. They always opened the door and let us go first. Walking down the hallway they stepped back and let us go first. Always with a smile and pleasant greeting. What we have received from other dealers is an inconsistent experience. Leaves you not feeling good about the money you have spent. Not here. It started great with Coach and carried all the way through. We love our new ride! Thanks Coach and the team at Thoroughbred!

We were in the market for a vehicle and had decided on a Jeep. We initially thought of buying a used one but after researching the difference in price, we decided we were more interested in purchasing new. We initially went to Landmark Jeep in Independence. That Monday we put down a deposit, signed paperwork and were told that even if everything in the world went wrong, we would have our new vehicle by that Friday at the absolute latest. After two days, we were finally informed that the Jeep we had selected, had been sold to another person. We tried to work with the Sales person and manager but all they wanted to do was upsell us even though they legally broke a contract. We drove there for two days straight and then also on a Saturday in order to attempt to work with them and figure out other alternatives. Unfortunately, we were the only ones makes a real effort to be fair. I even spent my birthday in their dealership trying to help them complete the sale by coming up with different solutions or alternative. That Saturday (yes, 5 days later) I went one last time to try and work something out, at their request. Ultimately they found a different Jeep but over $500, they allowed us to walk out the door. They didn???t care about how much they had inconvenienced us, how much time we had spent trying to work with them, how many times they had asked us to drive out there to ???work things out??? or that they had broken a contract with us. So, we walked out of the dealership. We wanted a Jeep. We opted to give Lees Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram a chance. We were already upset, annoyed and frustrated at the terrible experience we had just been submitted to with Landmark dealership. When we arrived, we had already taken on the mindset that we didn???t want to settle and we knew what we wanted. Kourtney met us at the door and was super friendly. I was apprehensive since we had such a terrible experience with Landmark and I was preparing myself to be ???sold??? a vehicle. We explained the situation to Kourtney and she apologized profusely for what the other dealership had done. IIt was not even her fault but she was willing to apologize for something that she certainly didnt have to. She became determined to change our mindset on the Jeep buying experience. We gave her all the information we had for the Jeep we wanted. She had us walk out to a vehicle they had on the lot that was similar to what we wanted just to confirm it was what we were looking for. Then between her and the manager, they searched high and low for the specific Jeep we were looking for. Jeep had already stopped production on the 2016 models in order to build the 2017 models and therefore they could only work with the existing inventory in the country. They finally found the Jeep we wanted in Alabama and arranged to have the vehicle driven to us. We received our Jeep 4 days later and are absolutely in love! Kourtney went above and beyond with us and although she didn???t know it at the time, if we would???ve had another bad experience, we were just going to go to a Toyota dealership and purchase another pickup (we love them as well). Her personality and care was exactly what we needed. She convinced us that Jeep was still the way we wanted to go. She would check up on us and give us status updates without even being asked. She asked for feedback and if there was anything else or more that she could do for us. She wanted us to not just be happy with our Jeep (she knew we would be!) but to be happy with our buying experience. I???ve purchased and owned quite a few new vehicles and I???ve never had such a pleasant purchase experience as I did with her. She not only sold a vehicle, she sold a brand and a dealership. She turned a nightmare experience with another dealership into a dream experience at the Lees Summit dealership. Thank you to everyone at the Lees Summit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership! ?

We've been looking for a large SUV for a while and they my work, I've been able to rent a number of different brands. I've rented and driven, GMC, Chevy, and Ford. My wife and I decided to get the Ford Expedition Max. And it has NOT disappointed in the slightest. It has plenty of room, we carpool a lot in taking kids to school and there's never any issue. It rides smooth, love the safety features, and it's a very nice looking vehicle. We live our choice and would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I was extremely impressed by the efficiency and ease of purchasing my vehicle. They engaged me early and quickly. I contacted them around 9:30 AM and we were all but finished by 7 PM that evening, including the Carfax and 5 minute video of every detail of the vehicle. They actually pointed out the paint flaws to me in the video. The next two days were minor details and questions. The price was very fair. I had been researching this model for about 8 months prior to purchase. There was nothing to argue. It was priced exactly where it should been been. Further, they buffed and touched up the scratches rather nicely. My colleagues and friends can't believe she isn't brand new rather than 2 years old. The engine is extremely clean as is the interior. The process was almost seamless. We drove 2.5 hours from Nebraska. We were in and out within 3 hours, including the test drive. Everyone was pleasant and thorough. Allie, Nino, and Adam did a fantastic job. I would certainly purchase from them, again.

I took my used 2008 Ford Escape in for a check engine light. I want to say thank you for the gentleman who checked all of my fluids, tires, and alignment without me asking. I did not feel pressured to fix everything that he found....which was only my back tire was slightly out of alignment. I also want to say thank you to Joi who helped make my Great Escape great again! My car needed a tune up and she is as good as new! The comp cold water was nice too.

After an intense 4 day search on the internet for the best buy on just the right truck, I finally found exactly what I was looking for at Rob Sight. The right color, the right options and an incredibly good price. I sent an email to reinforce that the price was correct and there were no hidden fees. Immediate response and a follow up phone call. I locked it in, flew 1500 miles to pick it up and everything about the experience exceeded anything I could have expected. Alex greeted me at the door, the owner came into the finance office to introduce himself and I was in and out in 30 minutes! To my surprise it had a full tank of gas already in it, perfectly clean and dressing on the tires. Truck was far better looking in real person and as a certified car/motorcycle nut I am particular. I went to contact the dealership on Sunday. When no one answered I looked online at their hours and noticed that Sunday was marked "time for family and worship", having a family of my own (single mom of 2) that meant something to me, that they know how important family is and they would try their best to take care of my little family. When I came to the dealership for my appointment with Nicole I was worried cuz I was bringing my oldest (7yr old) with me and she can be a handful when she gets bored. From the second we walked in the door everyone was making sure we were comfortable and my daughter wasn't bored. We were offered drinks, my daughter got popcorn and toys to entertain her. Everyone spoke to her like she was a person and made her feel special. While waiting on the banks Nicole bought us lunch, helped my daughter practice tying shoes on Nicole's shoes lol, and even colored with her to make the waiting fun for a child. Chosing a car was so simple and easy. I have to bring paperwork in the next day with my dad and the first thing that Nicole ask was where my daughter was cuz she was looking forward to spending more time with her. Nicole and I got to know each other personally which makes it more comfortable in working with her. She so sweet and literally worked her butt off to take care of my little family, and even came in on her day off so I could get my new car a day earlier cuz she knew how excited and impatient I am. I will recommend anyone to the dealership because they are a family. But Nicole made the best impression on my daughter and I and we won't forget her! Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
