My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Love this car. The finish inside is beautiful, leg room is abundant, and the ride is smooth. I can go to the grocery store or out on the town at night in luxury!

The Expedition has plenty of room for my grandchildren, decent mpg, and loads of comfort. Beats any other model hands down. This should last me years.

Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier. When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

I traveled from Baton Rouge, LA to Katy, TX for this vehicle. Performance is stellar. This was a used 2018 Expedition Max (rental, I think) but nicely equipped. Purchased at about 29,000 miles. Body and interior in fantastic condition. There was only one key fob, so the dealer allowed me to purchase a 2nd one and promptly reimbursed me. The only problem I have noticed is a rattle in the sun roof. Car Fax has indicated there is a recall for some other problem. I will take it in to a dealer in Baton Rouge and hopefully have both items fixed.

We've been looking for a large SUV for a while and they my work, I've been able to rent a number of different brands. I've rented and driven, GMC, Chevy, and Ford. My wife and I decided to get the Ford Expedition Max. And it has NOT disappointed in the slightest. It has plenty of room, we carpool a lot in taking kids to school and there's never any issue. It rides smooth, love the safety features, and it's a very nice looking vehicle. We live our choice and would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

With only 200 miles on it so far I just wanna keep driving it. Love the power, roomy, plush interior. My only complaint is u wished it came with better floor mates.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Very impressed with the Expedition style, handling, performance and technology! Not only does the vehicle have tons of space but it handles well and maneuvers really well considering its size. I chose the Expedition over the Yukon because the features, design, and customization are better. I LOVE driving this!

We had been looking for a clean used car for my son, and specifically a Mazda 3 hatchback. After a number of "no go" options, happened to find one available at Georgetown Auto. A bit of a drive from Charleston but we found it was quite worth taking the time to head up there! Brian and his staff were wonderfully courteous and made us feel like valued clients, taking plenty of time with us, and also being forthright and honest. One of the best purchasing experiences I've had in years, too! The reason I gave them a five star review, is that they also followed up and got my son his tag and title in record time. In the past, I have found that most dealers will treat you like a rock star until you make the purchase decision, only to ignore you after the sale. In this case, Brian and his team were the rock stars! I highly recommend doing business with them!

The expedition meets our need for comfort on the road and interior space for our luggage and companions. It rides very smooth and the turn ratio is excellent. i brought my car in (2015 mustang) to have the oil changed & also asked if they could check the right back passenger tire because the sensor was giving a false reading about the air pressure in the tire. the service department was very prompt in taking my car at the time I was scheduled & was very courteous, knowledgeable. I will always use the all star ford place in Denham Springs, LA. They also reminded me of a recall on my car & that I will need to bring it back in at the first part of next year.

I did a lot of research for this car. I test drove many like vehicles and even made a spreadsheet to compare them all. It did not have everything, but came close. The tech is simply outstanding and the comfort is heavenly. So far, it has driven like a dream, far from the expectation of a big box truck I expected. Smooth power and transmission. It feels good to drive and I like the height on the road.

My wife and I had planned a long RV trip from Austin to Kentucky and Missouri to do genealogy research, listen to bluegrass music, sample some Kentucky bourbon and Missouri wine, visit Quilt stores and caves. I took my 2010 F-250 in for suspected ball joint and related issues and told Service Advisor Anthony Vento when our trip was planned. He assigned an extra worker to the job. It turned out to be a big job with side issues that I verified to be correct. Yes, we had our truck in time for our trip even though it was a close call. Thanks also to mechanic Rudy (that's the only name I have) and to all the folks that worked on my truck. Had I not had Maxwell Ford making the repairs my wife and I would not have even made it out of Texas and might have had a serious wreck. We logged 4,700 miles pulling an RV and had no problems whatsoever! Thanks to all that helped, it was a great trip and we accomplished all our goals!

I love how spacious the Expedition Max is. Love the options electronically. The ride is smooth and comfortable. And I am enjoying the heated and cooled seats!!
