Recently I purchased a 2016 F-150 with 12,500 miles form Lenz. I had been looking online for a few months. This truck had all the features I was looking for, 3.5 Ecoboost, bucket seats, all the bells and whistles, etc. I picked Zach off their site and dealt with him. He was great to deal with. We agreed on a number out the door as I was trading in a 2014 with 37,000 miles. I test drove it on the previous Saturday and told him I wanted to think about it a few days. We talked mid week and agreed on a deal. I came in the following Saturday, did the paperwork with Brad Lenz who was a lot nicer than I pictured in my brain for some reason. I think all the adds, lol. Some young gentlemen switched my plates while we did the paperwork and I was out the door in 30 minutes. They did give me more for my trade-in than 2 other dealers had offered and their price on the new one was as low as I could find. So, I guess I felt like I was treated fairly. Let's face it, all vehicles are expensive, dealers have to make a living, you just don't want to feel like you were treated unfairly. I'm sure I will buy my next vehicle from Lenz. And yes, they have one heck of a selection! Tom T.

Wow, I just bought a new 2018 Buick Encore.. Talk about an awesome experience. From the moment I walked in, met w/Audry Kimberling (Sales), met w/Jackie Black (Finance) and met w/Adriana Burton (Delivery Coordinator). Audry listened and provided me with multiple options. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding the SUV's I looked at. In my opinion he went above & beyond. Once I made the decision on the Encore, Jackie stepped in for the 'dreaded' paperwork. Oh my how times have changed, 'dreaded' turned into a 'wow' factor and it was completed in the blink of an eye! Adriana is the bomb when it comes to going over all the features of my new SUV. She is extremely patient and also had answers for all of my questions. After shopping around several other dealerships, my wife and I stopped at Toyota of Boardman to look at a couple of used trucks we had seen online. We were greeted by Kyle Richeal who was a great, easy going salesman who actually knows how to listen. There's wasn't an ounce of pressure and he was immediately ready with prices and answers to our questions. He stepped back and let us shop and helped steer us when we were looking for something specific. He was nice enough to stay late and let us test drive although we weren't settling on a vehicle that day. The test drive was worth it. The used truck felt like new and we decided to buy. The entire experience with this dealership from start to finish was pleasant, efficient, and fair. Although we worked most closely with Sajjad, the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Sajjad (as well as 2 other staff members) went above and beyond to stay late and complete the purchase. Having done our research, with several other dealerships over the past month or so, we know we received a great price upfront that didn't require haggling. The 30 day warranty was an unexpected bonus and not something we had seen for most used cars. The dealership itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing, with most cars available to view indoors. Would highly recommend purchasing a car with Sajjad and his team at this location.
