Best dealership in Texas to buy a Jeep. They're Jeep Wrangler Experts. Mark Guzman is top of the line Jeep professional. Selection is excellent and ordering a new Jeep is super easy with these guys. Their service is truly set apart from and superior to other dealerships with whom I'm familiar. Not a large Mega-Dealership where you're just another customer, but big enough to be experts and maintain a large, high-volume inventory. Their sales and service staff have been with them for many years - they take care of their people. Good indication they will take care of you as well.
Most comfortable SUV we have owned.

We like how this SUV handeles . It provides plenty of room for luggage and room for people. The ride is very comfortable on long trips. The seats also make it easy for long rides.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Great room inside for the whole family. The captains chairs provide a great walk path to the roomy rear seats where the older kids prefer to ride! A far cry from the last 3 row vehicle we had when nobody wanted to be in the back row. Fuel economy is a little less desirable than I was hoping for but it is good for how large the expedition max is. The 360 camera makes parking it much easier. When driving it, the vehicle doesn’t feel nearly as large as one would think by looking at it!

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. I traveled from Baton Rouge, LA to Katy, TX for this vehicle. Performance is stellar. This was a used 2018 Expedition Max (rental, I think) but nicely equipped. Purchased at about 29,000 miles. Body and interior in fantastic condition. There was only one key fob, so the dealer allowed me to purchase a 2nd one and promptly reimbursed me. The only problem I have noticed is a rattle in the sun roof. Car Fax has indicated there is a recall for some other problem. I will take it in to a dealer in Baton Rouge and hopefully have both items fixed.
