Very friendly staff. They did okay answering my questions, but I new more about the history of the vehicle than they did. There's a $599 handling fee that gets added to the sticker price, so make sure to ask about it up front.
I went to 3 cities and 5 dealerships looking for a specific type of vehicle. Rossco was one of those dealerships. At each of the other places I visited I felt somewhat intimidated by the sales staff but not here at Rossco at all.
Ricky was very friendly, professional and helpful. When diagnosing a possible issue with the car, he suggested exactly what I was thinking and we worked it out immediately.
The price was half KBB suggested price, CarFax was exceptional and the car drove out better than any of the others I tried. How many dealers this size offer CarFax "free" report - none I've found!

Henry The magnificent is a great person. if you want to buy a car or truck go to dodge land on gray stone and ask for Henry. He is a down to earth guy with a great sense of humor that will do what it takes to make you a good deal. When the deal gets close but a little off Chad will help get it done. I had met Chad a few weeks earlier when he made me a great offer but I had to walk away at the last minute. So I was happy to see him step in and work another deal with out question. great job. I began my search in January of 2017 and after 5 weeks only found myself exhausted, frustrated, and still without a vehicle.
I searched in Hollywood and Los Angeles and all I found were run-down dealerships and some well-kept but full of snakes. Most wanted down payments that will far too much.
The mileage on the average vehicle in those areas was absurdly high for the prices and terms they were asking for.
The cars were also lackluster for the prices being asked.
I thought this was the common trait and steadied myself to make a decision with a sheisty company. They actually showed me a vehicle (and assured me they could hold it for 24hrs) and within an hour of me calling them back to begin the process of purchase, I was told that it had been sold but that another vehicle was available. Such a negative experience.
TM MOTORS WILL PROVIDE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE which may a world of difference to a person stressed out from my search to purchase a worthwhile vehicle.
I bought my vehicle from them in February and have had absolutely no problems with it. In fact I'm in the process of purchasing a new vehicle from them before October is up.
No gimmicks, just great cars, and I dealership that helps for repeat business so they treat everyone fairly.
Before purchasing from them I tried one other company in Anaheim and found them to be completely Shady. They attempted to sell me a 2001 hybrid at a super high price (6000) because of his low mileage (30,000).
When I took it to my mechanic it was easy for him to tell that the cells were about to give and that replacing it will cost me another $2,500.
That kind of trickery will not occur with TM Motors.

Teds Auto Sales couldn’t have made the entire buying process simpler! I found a car on cars.com, the father and son combo got us our test drive, answered all of our questions, communicated with our bank and had everything ready when we returned. The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one.
