I was hoping to get a little more for my trade in. Everything was great. Sales person, dealership, and last but not least the car....

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
I bought an MKT several months ago and went back today for an oil change. Phil in the service department was wonderful and even helped me with some operating questions I had.
Not only was the buying process a pleasant experience but the service department is also a great experience.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Grayson was our salesman and he was very attentive and made sure we got the price we wanted. Phillip was the sales manager that worked our deal. I never felt pressured by either of them and I love my car!!!
Worst car I ever owned!

This car was purchased in an emergency situation and I wish I had more time to shop around. From transmission problems to issues with it's suspension, it was an endless money put! I had the car for 2 years and just got rid of it last month. So glad to be rid of that car!
Great salesman, great dealership, crooked finance man. He sold me a maintenance plan and said it covered all maintenance for 75,000 miles. When they finally mailed me the contract, it was only for about 48,000 miles and did not cover everything. They waited until it was too late to opt out as I did not open the mail for about five days. They would have gotten five stars if not for the lying finance man. Too bad they had someone like that working for them.
So far very reliable

This suv was everything I was looking for,3rd row seat, leather, sunroof,4wd and all power.V6 with enough power for all the family.also great Ruby red color.
Cannot rave about this dealership enough! I found a Mustang online that I loved- I showed up at the dealership and was greeted by Anthony. He walked me through the details of the vehicle and process of purchasing it. He made the whole experience breezy and worked within my budget. The GM stopped by and talked to me about the car for a while as well. EVERYONE here is pleasant and friendly. They are one of the easiest dealerships to work with.

My fully loaded 2013 Explorer Limited has every option you could possibly need. It feels like a luxury German suv but for half the cost. It is very quiet and comfortable to drive. With the class iii tow package equipped I am able to tow my 18 foot power boat with ease.
