Every time I bring my car for service I’m greeted with a smile by Tim my service rep. He makes you feel so welcome and the team is prompt and efficient. Beautiful, comfortable, spotless facilities. Reasonable pricing. Honest assessment and don’t try to add on things that aren’t necessary. I won’t go anywhere else.
I purchased a used car from Grand Motorcars on 11/29/18 and I must admit it was a great experience. The entire staff was very friendly but I was to take time to single out Janice Curry. Janice was patient as she worked with me and provided answers to all of my questions/concerns. She certainly made my buying experience very pleasurable. I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

Seriously though....we drive in from toooo many hours away, to get a specific truck...called when we were on the way, he held it while we were on the road, met us when we pulled up and was an excellent guy all around. They worked with us and we drove away with my truck, as planned.
Certainly not the level of service you'd expect from any 'typical' dealership, but prices are decent if you're informed and very diligent. I used Arian after dismissing another agent who was abysmal, and Arian himself was great. If the they were in the 21st century (digital age) and provided some basic customer service and car preparation, the experience could easily have been 5 stars, but it was not. All cars are sold "as-is" with zero reconditioning or pointing out any defects (it's entirely up to you to inspect thoroughly and get a mechanic to inspect). Since I buy lots of cars and had confidence I could spot any issues and keep any typical "used car salesman" tactics at bay, I was fine buying through them for the slightly better price. If you don't have such familiarity or confidence in the process, then this is not the type of place for you.
From the minute we went into Hardy Superstore earlier this week we knew it was going to be a great experience. We had bought from Hardy previously, so we expected the best anyway. Worked with Pam this time and she did a super job. Found exactly what we wanted and got a good fair deal. Both Pam and Dan at hardy are a pleasure to work with.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.
I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.
The people who work ALC.inc are as good as they come. Very professional. Helpful and caring. The best time buying a car, I ever had. Salesman Mike and Kathryn in finance were the people who helped me. They did a great job.
Flavio Cepeda and Kim Smith were my salespeople and they were remarkable. Awesome experience from start to finish! I got a phenomenal deal on a brand new Silverado. I highly recommend you give them a chance to earn your business.

Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.
