Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.
After an exhausting 3 month search for a vehicle AND a dealer willing to work with my situation I finally found the one and only place that did it all for me plus more.
Jeff and Daniel worked with me and my terrible credit and was willing to take my old vehicle in for trade. Mind you I've already been to many multiple dealers over the last few months and no one was willing to even remotely work with my situation. Jeff found a bank that was willing to get me a loan at a rate that I was amazingly surprised with. Not only did he manage to get me a loan at a great rate but Daniel was also willing to take my old vehicle (a very uncommon niche market car) and gave me a fair price for it.
At the time of this review I have not yet taken delivery of my SUV yet, I will update my review in a few months to add in details of this.
I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
Jeremy and the whole dealership were amazing. Jeremy even gave me his personal phone number to text him when needed. Overall, I would recommend Jeremy and this dealership to my closest family and friends.
Recently purchased a 2015 Camry from Autofactory in Peabody and could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. I was assisted by Brian who allowed me to take 4 test drives of different vehicles before I decided on the Camry. I felt no pressure to buy at all and Brian took care of all of the necessary paperwork, registration and insurance issues that go along with buying a car. I would not hesitate to recommend Autofactory as in addition to the above their prices were comparable or in most cases even better than any I’d found anywhere else.
Sales person was very nice, financing was a simple process, only took a few days to get the car and paperwork processed. Very easy to deal with, would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.
