My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.

Hunter Wood was our Sales Advisor. His knowledge about the 2016 Elantra proved very helpful. While on the test drive he was very patient with all our questions and had the answers we needed. $50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.

The vehicle I saw on Cars.com was too good to be true for the cost,until I went to see it in person and meet the wonderful people at Magic Auto.

I needed a new car for a family car but still wanted to maintain the performance and luxury of a sportier vehicle. The Ford Explorer is the perfect balance of performance and practicality.
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!

I had been in talks with Dustin and Jordan for a couple of days about a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. Unfortunately they didn???t have that car on their lot but i get a text from Jordan the very next day saying they found one (last 2 or 3 in all of phoenix metro) and can do a dealer swap for me. Dustin went and got the car and together with Jordan got all the paperwork ready so when we arrived everything was ready to go. They got it all washed up and shiny for us as well. And as for the deal itself let???s just say I would???ve payed more if I bought that same car used. It was a smoking deal. Dustin and Jordan were friendly and patient the whole way through. Even Corrie in finance was friendly and easy going. No pressure to buy extras we didn???t feel we needed. As an example of her honesty we put a good down payment so she straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t offer it to us. Our next car for sure will be a Mazda and for sure will be with cardinaleway Mazda Mesa. Straight up honest service! Great job guys!

I am the current owner of a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT. The car has everything I need! Mine has a few really nice features to have like 20? wheels, Leather, Navigation, 2nd Row Bucket Seats and a power lift gate. I have 3 kids so this car needed to be able to hold up. So far, we have driven it over 100,000 miles and it has held up great! We have had no reliability issues at all with this car! I do think that Ford charges a bit too much for these cars though. We built one online and with the current features that we have for a 2019 Ford Explorer is around $46,000 to $48,000. This is a lot considering we bought our 2015 Explorer for only $42,000.
Purchasing was easy and not high pressure. Kim Knorr was great to worth with. I was able to leave and think about it overnight without the pressure. I???m very detailed and this allowed me to work it through in my head. The location is beautiful and my car is fantastic as well with a great warranty because it was certified Pre-Owned. Pleasantly surprised with Volvo as a brand honestly.

This vehicle meets all my needs and is a solid vehicle. I always liked the interior and exterior styling. The vehicle is very smooth and the amenities in my particular model is great!
We did some pre-negotiations before we got to the dealership and expected a bait and switch. Non of that! And Adrian was awesome to work with and made it so much easier. We had to leave in a rush after buying the car and he made sure we came back at another date to make sure we knew how all the technology worked. It was so much easier working with someone we feel we could trust.
We had a great buying experience and even had good support in service until service could not determine the problem with the low tire light. It appeared on the trip home from the lot. We have had the car in the shop three times and several phone calls. Each time they felt it was something different including the tires. On the third trip they replaced the rear tires to match the front, but that was not the problem. When that didn't correct the issue, service became defiant with my wife like it was our fault the light keeps returning. There answer this time was to take the car to another of their stores were they can put it on their computer to determine the problem. But they said we had to pay $99 for this service. We are unhappy, but are very happy with the car and we are convenced the car is safe. We will be purchasing another car in the next six months and this small problem has given us second thoughts about returning to CarMax
