I went in today to Dana Ford Lincoln to look at a Ford Escape. I worked with Shaunna Boreham. She is amazing, she listened to my concerns, was patient and found me a car I love. Shaunna walked me through the whole process. If you are looking for staff that is friendly, polite and patient you will not be disappointed. I totally recommend going to Dana and ask for Shaunna.
Quality Auto Center has a great variety of luxurious cars. They're all pre-owned but they all are in top condition and some of them have even been produced this year! I checked their site and saw they have a brand new Dodge Challenger which is my dream car. I called them and spoke to Marilyn to check the price and he told me about their financing options so, in the end, I decided that this Dodge is my next car. Now I'm driving it and I couldn't be happier!
I purchased a certified pre-owned Subaru WRX STI with the help of Lynn, Justin, Mike, and Ryshawn. I had as pleasant an experience one can hope for when buying a car, and I am pleased with my decision. The sales team was very friendly and helpful, and they were completely honest with me about pricing. My only disappointment occurred during my discussion with the finance employee. I did not purchase the bumper-to-bumper warranty, and he became somewhat unfriendly in an attempt to convince me otherwise. However, I don't believe he was a Haldeman Subaru employee, so I won't count that against them. Overall, it was a great experience.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was looking at a used car so after emailing them, I spoke with the sales person who told me a lot of people are interested so they needed to know right then if I wanted it or not. I had to bring my car in to see the trade in price immediately. After seeing my car, they offered a lot less then I wanted, so I said I'd get back to them that night. The manager said take your time. They emailed soon after and said it had been sold.
