I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. I bought my 2000 Tundra new in August 1999. Keep it in tip top shape always. Had emergency 11-15-2018/Monday after starting Tundra. Running rough & engine check light came on. I had to take my Wife to an appointment at UT Southwestern Hospital in Dallas, Tx for followup on a recent surgery. I called Justin Ryan, Service Mgr at Pat Lobb Toyota in McKinney, Tx. Justin gave me a loaner vehicle at no cost while my Tundra was being repaired by my always go to Senior Certified Master Tech, Jeff Colefield. The #2 Cylinder Coil (8 Cylinder Engine) had malfunctioned and needed replacing. These 2 people who I always depend on when any of my vehicles need repairing, came to my rescue in this emergency situation. I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
I believe the greatest compliment that can be given a dealership is a return purchase. Bought my second vehicle from Southwest Ford today. Don Rice was our salesman and he really deserves 5 stars for the way he lead me through the entire process. Drove away very satisfied with a new Ford Edge. Highly recommend this dealership and this salesman.
We went to this dealership to purchase a vehicle and by the next day they had located an auto we were interested in. Bryan Bauer was very helpful through the sales purchase to answer all questions, provide all information about the car, and make the process of the purchase much easier. Bryan's professional expertise and commitment for the customer is to be commended. After the purchase of our Sonata Bryan continued to follow up with us on our satisfaction with the auto , and work with us for some updates and optional equipment we were interested in. We are extremely satisfied with the efforts of Bryan and others from the sales and service departments. Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.
Top notch, hi end dealership. My salesman Kenneth answered all questions and really made me and my wife feel at home. He took the time to answer all questions and let us test drive as many cars as we wanted with no hesitations. I really believed he wanted is to leave very satisfied. This is the reason I am and will continue to be a repeat customer.
I am so glad I drove to Classic and worked with Dora. She was helpful and made me feel that I was important than her selling a car. I will be back for my next one with Classic and Dora.
