It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

We love the comfort and all the bells and whistles
My husband likes the twin turbo for speed
I love the heated seats and park assist
I found a car online and Gayle helped me with everything through email, which was the most convenient for me. It was a 4 hour drive for me and Gayle answered questions, took additional pictures and was able to give me a total cost upfront to help me decide if it was what I was looking for. He was very straightforward, honest and there was no hidden fees! When we arrived, the car was in better condition than I even expected, the tires were like new!
Highly recommend this dealer and Gayle, especially for people coming from a distance. No Games! All pricing and financing was confirmed before arrival. Car was accurately depicted. Was a pleasurable buying experience and was only there about an hour for the test drive and to sign paperwork. More dealers should be this easy! A++Thanks again!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Bought a 2014 Ford Explorer on 01/05/2018, within 1 day had a plastic piece fly off the vehicle as I'm driving down the road. Called and text the sales guy, Brian Stout and explained what happened. His response was text me pictures of the vehicle.I waited 5 hours for him to respond. When he did he stated he would have to ask the sales manager. When I didn't hear back from him after 5 hours I called and stated if the parts are not fixed I'll be returning the vehicle. This got a response back from Brian that the sales manager agreed to fix the part.
Schedule an appointment for items to be repaired on 01/15/18 and was told we could pick-up car the next day. Received a call 4 hours later that car was ready.
Once we arrived the Service manager was very rude and unprofessional. Just handed us the keys and pointed outside "saying car is parked out there" We went searching for the car and had to set off the emergency alarm on the button to find the vehicle. Inspected the vehicle and found the part they replaced still was not fixed. Went inside and they stated this is a common problem and will send someone outside to look.
Guy came out looked at the vehicle and he too stated this is a common problem with the Ford vehicle's and they "just were not put together correctly" I'll need to bring the vehicle inside to fix it.
My husband and myself walked back inside the service desk and we waited for about 4 minutes then had to walk up and ask someone if there was a placed to sit while we wait. They pointed around the corner and stayed "yes in there".
The service all together was very poor and unprofessional! I have already told friends and family do not go to Ford City for a new vehicle and/or have any service done there.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
I recently purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX from Jake Marshky at Rick Ridings and received superb service. The vehicle perfectly fit my family's needs and Jake was wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
Our salesman Scott was very courteous and fun to deal with. He answered all our questions and i would not hesitate to recommend him or the dealership to anyone interested in buying a car.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
