Love this vehicle. Could use more bells and whistles, but a really good car. It’s roomy, comfy, and my kids love it. I’m a lefty and have to get use to the steering wheel controls.
While a purchase was not made, The sales person we met with was a pleasant change from other dealership sales associates we have encountered. There was absolutely no pressure or pushiness to buy a vehicle. He listened to us, was attentive and very knowledgeable. If they find the right vehicle for us, we will most certainly purchase from McLaughlin Motors.

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
We found a truck we absolutely loved on the internet went in and Chad our salesman and his manager Jason made our buying process easy and fast! So far the Explorer has met or exceeded our expectations. It has every available option and the controls easy to navigate. Its a real head turner and we have gotten lots of complements on it.

I recently found a beautiful ctsv Cadillac here. I live in southern Indiana, so I had to fly up and get it. On the test drive I noticed a knocking sound from one of the tires. The salesman, kris, informed me it had new brakes, and that was probably the source of the knocking. He assured me it passed the shops checklist to sell, and that it had new brakes and tires. He tried to sell me on the fact it was a brake getting ???broken in??? I explained to him that I had a 6 hour drive home and that I would have it checked out when I arrived home, when it was checked I found that it was a couple hundred dollars worth of repair. Not a huge expense, but aggravating that it was an issue that passed their inspection and now the salesman/dealership won???t claim the issue was there when he sold me the car. I expect a Cadillac dealer to be held to a higher standard... If they respond to this review, and the situation changes, I will let you all know.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
It was a pleasant overall experience. My salesman had several options ready and pulled up when I arrived. He helped me make a decision that suited my budget and well above my wants and needs. I also left a personal item in my trade in vehicle and he got it back and offered to bring it to me.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Had to have warranty work done on our Kia - our customer service was very nice and the mechanic was very knowledgeable.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I had the best car buying experience. They made the whole car buying experience easy and professional. I would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys. I'm in love with my new car, which I bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage.

During the process, Tony, a new young salesman, helped me find a truck that met my needs without trying to upsell me. (I hate it when salesmen try to do that!) He was kind and not pushy or weird. Then Javier, one of the sales managers, sat down and professionally helped guide Tony through the whole purchasing process. Together, they made the experience the best car-buying experience I???ve ever had at a Ford dealership. Most car dealerships don???t give a rip about you, but Tony and Javier do. I hope they change the culture of the car business! I got the truck I wanted for a fair price. I can???t speak for the other managers and salesman at Lindquist, but I do recommend highly Tony and Javier!
