Had a very good experience. The staff was very friendly. Jerry Jones was my salesman and he was very nice, he knew his job. He explained every thing very well. He showed me cars that he thought I might like and gave me the time to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. He was not a pushy salesman. I would recommend him as a very good salesman. He answered all of my questions very well. He did not try to sale me a car that I wasn't looking at. He was very informed about the cars he showed me. Came from Knoxville TN to purchase truck I saw on cars.com my salesman was Sam Hughes and he was very helpful in getting everything set up so when we came to pick the truck up everything was ready and he even took care of getting the windows tinted for me. Would definitely purchase from them again.
I have been a long time customer back to the days of Jack Yarber. Picked up screw in tire on my Mercury suv and slowly losing air. Since I purchase these tires here, (Arrival time 7:50), I thought I would get in and out before further damage to the tire in question. Service "advisor?" said he had several oil changes and others ahead of me and could'nt get to it for about 3 hours. So much for customer service. Loyalty here is a one way street.

I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased from Landers McLarty with the help of Joe Johnson. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was happy and that I had a great experience at this dealership. I really appreciate everything Joe did and all the help he gave and provided to me.
I bought a new Escape in Minnesota and the dealer there had screwed up installation of a new wiring harness. I set out for Alabama and had trouble all the way. Woody Anderson's service dept. found the problem, fixed it and were SO SO helpful. I wish I could take it to Alabama for all my service.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKZ from Denise and returned to buy a 2016 from her. Her ability in making me feel comfortable and assuring me my needs were met was her main concern, impressed me. I felt when I left there I had gotten the best car deal I could have gotten. regardless of dealership.. I feel like I can call on her at anytime and she'll be there to help. In fact it's happened on several occasions. She's someone I trust unconditionally.
I hate buying 'new' cars. I hate that awful feeling of being took advantage of. I hate the feeling of paying too much. I hate dealing with dealerships. After spending half my day at a local mega dealership in Decatur,Al I got fed up and left. We drove 10 minutes to Hartselle, Al to a smaller dealership , Eddie Preuitt Ford. Right away I new they were different. The Preuitts, family and kids are there playing in the lobby. It's a very friendly welcoming experience. The place ain't fancy but why does it have to be to sell a car? Jason, met us at the door with a handshake and after a small discussion of what we were looking for he tossed us a set of keys. We test drove Two cars. About 2 hours later I was signing the dotted line. The price was so low, so reasonable i almost felt bad for the dealership. We left Eddie Preuitt Ford in our new car. This is how you treat people. This is what customer service should be. We will only deal with Eddie Preuitt Ford.
