Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.

The company I worked for provided these as company cars. After I left that company I bought one myself because they were such good, comfortable, functional, and reliable cars! Highly recommend them!
My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.
Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. So far the Explorer has met or exceeded our expectations. It has every available option and the controls easy to navigate. Its a real head turner and we have gotten lots of complements on it.

I was in the market for a new car and when I started shopping around I found the experience at Colonial Ford to be above and beyond what I dealt with at all the other dealerships I visited. I got a great deal, primo customer service and a salesman who knew his cars and kept me in the loop the entire time! The new building is very nice. The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I visited Colonial Ford as one of a few Dealerships I went to when I was shopping for a new car. I was introduced to Joe McNamara and this guy really knew his cars! They made the process easy, we worked out a great deal and Joe kept me in the loop the whole time. I drove away in my new car the same day! Definitely shop Colonial and make sure you see Joe McNamara!

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
