The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
The service was one of the best I ever got. Pricing and selection of vehicles was excellent. Staff treated us like friends or family. Thank you

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
My experience was very nice. The sales person, Ms. Erma, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Organization and correct paper work, made the sale go smooth. I didn't have to spend the whole day at the dealer to get my car. Everyone was kind. I purchased a Ford Focus and I am happy.

It's all about the friendly service. Everyone is smiling. Everyone is helpful. There was a bit of a wait when getting the financing situated but I didn't mind and they explained everything in detail even when I had questions about the final sales price.
We had an excellent experience at Napa Ford. The salesman were very knowledgeable and responsive to emails. We brought our truck in for a trade in and that went smoothly too. The only bad experience we encountered was the wait for the finance dept. We waited over an hour to see her. This is unreasonable. Once we were in her office she was very efficient and knowledgeable too. Over all good experience
Sales Associate Brian was very helpful, he knew the product features and explained everything in clear detail he was great helping me find the car I wanted. Great staff all around including the Sales Manager and Finace Manager, it was a good car buying experience.
Everyone on staff we dealt with were top professionals in their field. Customer Service is at a maximum priority with this Dealership. Staff are friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our experience. It is the fourth car we have purchased from this Dealer.

Worked with Ed and purchased an expensive car sports car. I was unable to come out to Vallejo to view it, but had faith and trust in Ed. He arranged a video and photos, and again, placed my faith in Ed.
Deal turned out great for me, car was delivered and all worked out to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to work with Ed or AutoLinx -Vallejo again to but another classic car

Love this vehicle. Could use more bells and whistles, but a really good car. It’s roomy, comfy, and my kids love it. I’m a lefty and have to get use to the steering wheel controls.
I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit. They were totally transparent. Sharon Mercado was lovely in showing me around the car and the paperwork. It felt like a win win.
extremely nice people. However, their fault or Ford Motors fault - one of the photos had an ill fitting trunk lid. Advertised as an American [U.S.] built automobile. Same old, same old, UAW shoddy workmanship. No full size Ford for me.
