Love this vehicle. Could use more bells and whistles, but a really good car. It’s roomy, comfy, and my kids love it. I’m a lefty and have to get use to the steering wheel controls.
I found my specific Ford Edge online and emailed the dealership to set up a viewing. Everything went so smoothly. It had been many years since I purchased a new car. David Bailey was right there to show me this Edge and answer all my questions which made it easy to buy it with confidence and feel good about the sale.

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
Jeremy Zieman was our salesman. He was great to work with and we highly recommend him and Rochester Ford. He was very kind and patient with us. It was a great experience and we love our car. Christopher who assisted us with the paper work was also great!

So far the Explorer has met or exceeded our expectations. It has every available option and the controls easy to navigate. Its a real head turner and we have gotten lots of complements on it.
Before coming to Rochester Ford I arranged an appointment with Paul Adams so he would be my sales person, because I had a good car purchase experience with him in the past. I took several test drives. Paul was patient with all my questions, and gave me time so I could make a wise choice. When I made my decision, Paul explained very well all parts on the vehicle I chose. HUGE on the inside, plenty of leg room in all 3 rows, 2nd and 3rd rows well designed for folding, the spare tire is inside, which is a nice change, well thought out controls.
Rochester Ford was our first stop to look for a used vehicle. A young man by the name of Zach D. came to talk to us. He asked what we were looking for and brought up two cars for us to look at. He was spot on and we ended up buying both of them. Zack was so kind and thoughtful of our needs. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didn’t want. This entire staff at Rochester Ford made buying our cars sush a pleasant experience. It was truly refreshing to see a young man like Zach to be so pleasant and knowledgeable about the different cars that they had. Rochester Ford is our new go to car dealership.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Tell u what I got a smokin hot deal from this place and I'm very happy the guy pointed out everything there was to need to know about the vehicle was polite honest and I got an extremely good price. I would buy from them again. I dunno maybe it was just me but these guys hooked it up.. Thanks Dale

The company I worked for provided these as company cars. After I left that company I bought one myself because they were such good, comfortable, functional, and reliable cars! Highly recommend them!
Had very specific needs due to my health and Hector was very patient to listen to them and my price range and to even show me vehicles not Ford products. A lot of this was done over the phone. I looked at some cars before I went in, researched during recovery and spent lots of time on the phone and email with questions for several weeks getting things narrowed down. Even took the time to come to me when I couldn't drive yet.
I ended up with my best trade in deal and health fit being the new 2018 Ecosport and for the first time got to pick my vehicles color. The big screen that hooks straight onto my phone and mimics everything so it's hands free is great. Easy to see navigation, back up camera, plenty of leg room for rear passengers and cargo space for my needs.
Love this vehicle.

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Rochester Ford. The staffs in this place are friendly, caring and professional. Hector Garcia in sales was wonderful to work with. He helped me with all my questions, gave me advice, and drove me home after the shuttle service was closed. He arranged his colleague to help me on time when he was at home. I picked a vehicle and switched to another one a week later. He was friendly and patient in the whole process. He really wanted me to be happy with what I was buying.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
We always take our vehicles to Milo Peterson Ford in Kenyon for all of our service needs. Whether it's an oil change and tire rotation or something more in-depth like a bad sensor when the check engine light came on, we always get wonderful service. The gentleman that answers the phone in the service department is always helpful and the service is of high-quality and affordable.
I brought my old ford focus to the service department due to a weird noise I was hearing. The service team found that my car needed over $2000 of repairs, which I was NOT paying, so I was essentially carless. Ryan in the service department was excellent at delivering this terrible news and explaining to me what was wrong with my car.
