Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
An overall awesome experience from the sales process to the customer service for aftermarket installations!!!

I raise service dogs and require enough room for a large crate. Many other SUV's are too rounded in the rear to fit a crate and carry four passengers. The Explorer fits all of this very nicely. Great SUV all around.
We were very pleased with our experience here. The sales staff is not pushy like other Ford stores and they really try to put you in the best position possible. We had Jack and his manager and they took care of us every step of the way without pressuring. We'll be coming back for service and all future car buying needs. Thanks!
The previous experience we had with Frontier Ford was such a great experience that we came back to do it all again. I'm one of those people that absolutely hates going to any car dealership but Frontier Ford has given me hope that there are good people still left in this world.
Great experience. I called ahead about minivan I saw on their website. I prearranged a visit to the dealer. I was promptly treated by Robert of the sales staff. He showed me the minivan I had called about. I wasn’t that impressed once I saw it, but saw another minivan that was a good match. Test drove the car, got a quote - no pressure. I told them I needed time to compare and decide. I did get a follow up call. I didn’t commit to a time or date to return, but did call the next weekend and arranged a time to return. I bought the car, and requested my credit union. Smooth process. I left the dealership a very happy lady.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Service department is outstanding, clearly five stars. On an absolute scale, the buying process was only 2 stars, but I gave them 4 by comparison with my experiences buying cars at other dealers -- which would rate -5 stars! I bought my Lincoln MKZ hybrid there 5 years ago, and have used them for service throughout, so I have significant experience. I've been buying cars for 50 years, so also have a lot to compare with.
Best auto service in the Bay Area.
Jon (Jonathan) is the best person you can ever ask for. He's just amazing. He TRULY cares. Micah from the service team has also been very helpful. They simply have a great team of caring experts who know KIA cars.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
We bought two cars from Casey at Hyundai because he was as knowledgeable about cas and not pushy. Test drove about 5 before buying Hyundai. The brand is reliable, minimal recalls and offers a great 100k warranty.
I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing.
