The service department at Rick Collins Toyota is fantastic! Tim, Penny and the service staff do an outstanding job of customer service. I just took my car in quickly to get a head lamp replaced and they even washed my car! I have bought/driven a lot of cars and this unequivocally is THE BEST service department I have ever dealt with. Kudos to all of you who treat the customer right and are so positive every time I come in! Additionally, my car is about 1,000 miles short of 100,000 and Tim today gave me an "advance estimate" of costs for the 100,000 mile checkup--WITHOUT my even asking. I just cannot say enough positive words about how great this service department treats the customer and services the customer's car! KUDOs to all of you!!!

Love this vehicle. Could use more bells and whistles, but a really good car. It’s roomy, comfy, and my kids love it. I’m a lefty and have to get use to the steering wheel controls.

Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
The store is always clean even the floor in the shop is white and shines. I scheduled a time and got right in. The service writer called me to be sure I understood the repair. My wife says Ford service is the reason to buy a new Ford.

So far the Explorer has met or exceeded our expectations. It has every available option and the controls easy to navigate. Its a real head turner and we have gotten lots of complements on it.

My son just purchased a used Escalade there, and about a year ago I purchased a used Expedition. I was very satisfied with price and quality in both transactions. I feel we received good value at a fair price! They did a good job, and I would definitely go back whenever we need a vehicle!!!

HUGE on the inside, plenty of leg room in all 3 rows, 2nd and 3rd rows well designed for folding, the spare tire is inside, which is a nice change, well thought out controls.
Tom was very helpful and thorough. He made sure I looked at all of the different vehicles I wanted to see and then took the time to show me and test drive each one. Valente was straight forward with it came to the paperwork.

We love the comfort and all the bells and whistles
My husband likes the twin turbo for speed
I love the heated seats and park assist
Brought car in for a parking cable bolt recall. Job went much faster than expected. Received 1st rate service from the staff. Customer lounge was above average with an excellent selection of beverages and snacks. 1st time at this dealer and could not be happier.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I took my Terrain in for an engine light that was on and loss of power warning. They replaced the intercoller on the turbo. I was given a wonderful loaner car in the week that it took them to repair my car. They have always been very friendly and professional in all my visits to their dealership.

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Got my oil changed, and showed them some bubbling paint on my hood, they took pictures of it and were submitting it to Ford. Then talked about my tires and they are too worn for only 25000 miles, they said they were having a problem with those tires and are getting me new ones and I pay alignment and installation, was very happy for that!! Awesome service!!! Jim was great!!

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I got my first oil change on my 2018 Escape. It was quick and the person helping me was knowledgeable and friendly. He even checked the oil level while I watched.
