Survived a roll over accident in the last explorer with only seatbelt bruises. Replaced it with a newer model. It is so comfortable, reliable, and fun to drive. We will be driving explorers for a long time.
I've always liked the looks of the Ford Explorer and today I stopped by a Ford dealer close to home and made my purchase after driving a couple Explorers! I enjoyed the drive as much as I've admired the look of the vehicle! Couldn't be any happier!!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
I talk to Mr. Reynolds on the phone told him what I was looking for ;he took care of me helped to relax ;he was so professional the whole sales department made me comfortable (I had my 2 grandchildren);Mr. Reynolds showed how my car works went over my phone sync instructions He is awesome.

The company I worked for provided these as company cars. After I left that company I bought one myself because they were such good, comfortable, functional, and reliable cars! Highly recommend them!
I bought a used vehicle with no warranty.I had to purchase extended warranty.I. let the salesman know where I wanted the payment to be he came back with a offer higher than I wanted I told him I couldn't do that he got cocky with me so I walked out.I was on my way home when he called with an offer that I needed which was made by his boss.So if it wasn't for his boss getting involved I would of went somewhere else to get a truck.
Love this vehicle.

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
I worked with JJ through this process. He was an excellent salesman. He helped me get the car for a very great price. Highly recommend going in and seeing JJ if you’re looking for a new or used car.

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.
Service Manager and courtesy vehicle drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and the vehicle itself (top notch King Ranch full size pick up) was very comfortable. 4 star rating is due to initial young lady at service desk (did not greet with a smile or welcome) and 40 minute wait for courtesy vehicle where I had to check twice while waiting. Although I really appreciate the transport to/from work from the dealership, I did make my appointment with the service manager (over a week out) with the request for the courtesy vehicle, and it seemed as though that request did not make it into the system. Might have been a personnel or service vehicle issue on that morning, but a 40 minute wait is excessive (10-15 minute wait I would think should be the max) when you plan to be at work at a certain time. Or at least someone could have come out to the waiting area to explain to me what the delay was and why. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this constructive feedback - and I still love my GT!
I was interested in a car they had online and emailed them a few times for an estimate on the vehicle taking my trade into consideration. Gave them mileage, VIN #, etc but never heard back. Then they emailed me asking if I'm still shopping. I said yes here is the car I'm interested in gave them my trade info again but no response.
Lawrence Reynolds did a great job working with me. The whole process was smooth and all of the people involved were polite and friendly. This is the fourth F-150 I have purchased from Interstate Ford. They have all been flawless trucks. The truck that I traded in(2014) was maybe the best ever. I hope the 2018 works out as well as the 2014. Lots of bells and whistles on the 18 I hope they all continue to work.
