I never thought buying a car would be a pleasant experience (until I went to Colonial Ford in Plymouth, MA). The dealership itself is beautiful. They even have a drive-in carport so you don't have to exit your car when you test drive (which was awesome because it was really rainy the day I was there). It was really cool! Each and every employee who was on duty made me feel like the most important customer they've ever helped. My sales representative was Glenn Smith. He was fantastic! He asked me all the right questions and figured out the best car for me in record time! Glenn worked with manager Dell Roderick and got me the best possible price. Greg Russell made the financial part of this experience so easy! And Winston Bennett rounded out the great team with pictures and congratulations when I picked the car up. There was no hassle. This is the first time I purchased a vehicle without the help of my husband or father. I can’t believe how smooth and easy it was with priority. This was the BEST experience I’ve had from the second I emailed them until the moment the car was delivered to my driveway registered with a sticker, car wash, and a full tank of gas! This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
I was Teddy's first customer. He was professional and very personable. I felt very comfortable, being a single woman buying a car can be a very scary experience. The staff there was very friendly, I will definitely go back there when I am ready to trade this one in.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
My wife and I bought our second Escape from Sunshine and we were very happy with the process. We had specific options that we wanted and he was able to find a car that had what we were looking for without a lot of options that we did not want.
Excellent salesman, Sunshine. No haggling or pressure and all employees were pleasant and a delight to work with on our purchase. Definitely will come back again plus spread the word to our friends to purchase here!

Justin Ryan was outstanding! He was very personable, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, answering all my questions, treating me as I imagine he would like to be treated.
I got a great car for a fair price and they made it quite easy. I test drove and decided on the car one day and the next day I was able to drive off with the car, complete with title, registration, inspection and a full tank of gas and they took care of my trade-in as well.
