My Son is in the US Navy he has now purchased 2 cars in the last year from Honolulu Ford. It???s more then just getting a great price on a vehicle of your choice. The Great people of Honolulu Ford will go above and beyond to help. Both times he was thanked for his service in the military and the transactions could not of went any better. professional staff, great enviorment, everyone who had a hand in helping us listened and help out. We walked in with what we knew we wanted right off the bat, did all our research walked in told them and they went to work for us even. finding ways to adjust our interest rate lower after we were happy with the numbers already. they went out of their way to save us more money instead of trying to take more. loved the expierence.
Chad is very professional and a great team member. I am super pleased with the service and work preformed on my wife's Ford Explorer. I am impressed with the drop off and pick up service when our vehicle was ready. A courtesy Vehicle was also lent to us during our service which was a nice touch. I dropped my car off for scheduled maintenance and safety recall. If not for these 2 mandatory service visits I would not have occasion to visit the dealership. My car has given me ZERO problems since the day I drive it off the lot.
My service experience was excellent. Chad is very professional and efficient. I dropped my car at the service center and caught the shuttle to work. I was notified by Chad through email that my car was finished and advised to give him a heads up before coming to pick up the car at the end of the day so they could have it ready to go. I met Chad at his booth and he walked me and the service report in to the cashier to make payment, explaining as we walked what services were done and the overall health of my car. I was finished making payment in just a few minutes and was ready to go but had another question. Chad came right back in and helped me. My car being just over three years old was no longer under warranty so I wanted to know if it was worth purchasing the extended warranty. Chad walked me through all the pros and cons and then went and spoke to a warranty specialist and cleared the way. Again in just a few minutes I was all taken care of. Great experience!
I made the mistake of taking my car to Honolulu Ford because I was in a rush and it???s close to my home. Huge mistake! Honolulu Ford is the worst and they absolutely don???t care about their customers. After my car sat in their lot for 5 days without resolving anything and no phone calls, I had enough and picked up my car and took it to Windward. Matt was awesome as usual, kept me in the loop all the time and fixed my car in no time.
