I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
The staff at Veterans Ford carries themselves with honesty and integrity. They were honest and upfront from the get go! I shopped quite a bit, but ended up back where I started. No pressure, no smoke and mirrors-very straightforward. They absolutely went above and beyond what a car dealer normally would, I???m so grateful that I ended up purchasing a vehicle here. The entire process was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here if they are considering purchasing a vehicle. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you all!

Becky was amazing and got right on our issue and took excellent care of us! Our mechanic was also amazing and walked us threw everything he did. The service manager was also wonderful and very helpful.
My family and I went to all the local dealers from Bradenton to Venice. Shopped online for a week then a search introduced Ford of Port Richie. I reached out to The Online Rep Sallye and vented. The car buying process is horrible. You don???t know who to trust or what a good price is. By this point I knew my desired options and price were aggressive but this dealer made it happen. They delivered my vehicle and paperwork and I was left a satisfied car buyer for the first time. Much appreciated.
This dealership went above and beyond to help me I know that I was difficult to help but none of the people showed it even when I was about to sign I received a text that my grandmother was taken to the hospital and freaked out some and left Dennis took time to find out what happened and was told I could come back which I did after picking up my niece up from the hospital and was sure my grandmother was ok they even got me in and out with so that I could get back to the hospital Logan was so patient and very helpful in finding the best car for my needs thank you all from the bottom of my heart God Bless you all and thank you again
Had to get two recalls fixed, tire replaced and coolant flush. Scheduled a week in advance and was advised they would have a rental car available for me. Of course no car, shuttle took too long so used an Uber.
