I purchased my new Ram after a friend of mine bought one and told me about their service. My entire deal was struck over the phone and I picked up my truck without even test driving it. But that is a quirk of mine! They were Southwest Autoplex back in December but were already changing over to Sterling motors. They gave me lifetime free oil changes and since I only get to Jennings when I have court, they agreed to take me to court if I dropped the truck at their dealership.
Very impressive to me.
Mike Boutin is very knowledgeable. He made some excellent service recommendations that wll help extend the life of my Superduty. Because of Mike I can highly recommend Hub City Ford Service Department.
I waited for my vehicle to get an oil change and arrived at service department and was surprised how busy it was for a Monday morning. To my surprise, HCF serviced my vehicle in an hour and 1/2. Very pleased. Thanks.
I was shopping for a vehicle, but wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. Michelle at Moss Motors listened to me and helped me figure out what would work best for me. Her knowledge of the BMW product is wonderful. She was not pushy in any way, instead she was patient and a pleasure to be around. You can tell that she is good at her job AND her excitement for the BMW line is very apparent!! As far as I am concerned, I won't ever shop anywhere else. ;)
I called this dealer and Dakota immediately answered the phone. He then proceeded to spend the next 20 minutes with me answering questions and addressing concerns. Unfortunately due to issues on my end I was not able to purchase the car from them however, they were very upfront about the car and helped me every step of the way. Much respect for this dealer, or at least Dakota!
Auto start function was not operating correctly and the warranty was Expiring soon. I was able to set up an appointment quickly., the issue was identified and fixed during that appointment. I am pleased with the results and service rendered.
Most recent visit was for oil change, very good service representative...everything was as expected but that
$100 air filter was a bit much...coulda/shoulda done that myself, but I didn't. Good Ford dealership...purchased several vehicles there. However, the Jeep dealer next door, where my Wife's Jeep was purchased, was a most regrettable experience.
This is the second vehicle we purchase from Courtesy, once on the new lot & this time on the used lot! Windell made us change our mind about dealing with Courtesy again because after the first time we said we weren’t going back but they had the car we were looking for in the price range we were looking at so we took a chance & I am glad we did!! Windell was a huge help in getting us into the Ford Edge I wanted!
