I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I'm completely happy with my choice to purchase a 2018 Explorer. Four months ago I spoke with Pervis Reynolds regarding the Explorer and he provided inciteful information regarding body style, feature upgrades and finance options over current lease. I was torn between getting a new Jeep Cherokee Laredo and the Ford. He emailed me some specs and asked me to look them over. I later decided to not get a new vehicle because I didn't want to give up on my old jeep. After a few more months of check engine light issues and countless small repairs I had enough of watching the tow truck take my baby away.
I contacted Pervis and asked for his help again. I informed him of what I wanted. "I just want the heated seats and light interior. I don't care about the other technology features". That was my claim. He checked into the vehicle I wanted and set me up for an appointment that evening. After the test drive I was sold on the vehicle even though the interior is dark. "No denim jean residue on the dark leather". Pervis is right! I even love the technology.
My jeep was good to me for 18 years but I'm loving this Explorer and all the technical features Pervis sold me on. I appreciate his knowledge, kindness and professionalism. Pervis worked hard on my deal and I'm grateful. He's an awesome guy.
Chester was so friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was really welcoming and inviting. It was a nice clean quite environment I like how they act like a family. The buying process was simple and easy and the salesman are not pushy.
I called in last week and a very professional sales rep. Terrance Estelle he went the extra mile for me by sending pictures of the Tahoe I was looking to buy so I drove 2 hrs and I was in and out in less than 1hr. The best buying experience I've ever had. Make sure you ask for Terrance he will take good care of you
This is the third time I have bought a car from MOGF and will continue to make them my first stop when ready to buy. Process was easy and they made a point to respect my time and not have me at the dealership waiting on them. Happy to recommend them.

We got a pretty good deal on our new Ford Escape, HOWEVER, the finance guy was rude to me and my wife when we did not buy any of the extended warranties or protection services. He put down the wrong city and zip code on our paperwork and we did not receive any loan information until after our first payment was overdue. The dealership manager was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. I spent 2 hours trying to call the Ford Credit people to get the account information and to get the first payment in. NOBODY at the dealership seemed to care in the least bit that we had a very hard time because of their mistake.
Steve Manley was my Service Advisor to do some repairs to my F250. Steve streamlined the process and handled every aspect of my visit and repair like it was his own truck. He answered every question with detail, and he kept me informed on what was going on with my truck. Thank you Steve, I very much appreciate your hard work!!
Woody Sowder was very helpful with all my online inquiries and questions. It made the buying process very easy and streamlined as we worked out the deal over the phone and had the paperwork ready before I got there. I will definitely be returning there in the near future.
Gave permission to install cabin & engine filters. They instslled a cabin deodorizer that smells that I HATE and had the nerve to charge me $14.00 for it. Was NEVER asked if I wanted!! Says they cant remove & lasts wk or 2. Thats just great. Headache for 2 wks at least!!!! Need to ALWAYS ask b4 installing that!! NEVER done that before!! YUK!!!!
I used cars.com to find the best deal on a used 2018 Ford Expedition limited with rear entertainment system. Allen Vigil matched the CarMax appraisal for my trade in, and we were able to negotiate the deal and financing we wanted. There were a few things about the used car I wish they had disclosed before we from 2.5 hours to see it, but they were quick to fit them.

I traded in my 2012 Ford Raptor for a 2018 Ford Raptor. I came in for a service and decieded to see what my trade in value would be. Wow, a dealership that offers a fair trade in value! A great trade in value without hassle- Check! Now onto the new car purchase. I am very particular with my options and for that reason I give them a 10/10, we built up the exact truck and in a short time frame the truck was delivered to the dealership. My servicing was so quickly and properly done that I did not have time to get a full walk in during the work! And, as usual, returning to my vehicle it was just as I had left it with nothing out of place or grease smears deposited from the work. Checking out was also a pleasure with the cashier ascertaining that my requests had been fulfilled

Highly professional , courteous and detailed , are the words that come to mind to describe her exemplorary customer service style . We initially enquired about the vehicle online and discovered it was at the Kennesaw Carmax location . She immediately requested a transfer so that within 24 hours we could conveniently test drive and finally purchase the car. She is the real deal and we can't recommend her enough . Please make this woman a sales manager !! 5 STARS...
We drove 4 and a half hours from nw alabama to co out a used mkx..drove it..loved it..bought it! In my few years of driving I have purchased now 6 vehicles. Dealing with Nalley Ford and sales consultant Michael Gibbs was by far the most pleasant interaction I have had yet, not to mention the price of the vehicle was beyond compare. It not only was a pleasant interaction but it was also done in a timely manor. I hate spending all day at a dealership and with this purchase that did not happen. I was met with friendliness, respect, and I felt like I was really part of the family instead of another customer
My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!
I had not driven in 27 years because I lived in a city, so getting back to driving was a challenge, but Jim Digh made it easy and comfortable. He too almost the whole day with me, explaining all the new modifications and we test drove several cars before we found one that fit me. Then I returned it for a different make and model and he couldn't have been kinder. Maybe it's because I'm newly returned to the South, but he made what was an extremely anxious procedure for me, completely painless. And he was great fun to talk with.
I made an appt for a recall repair as well as a warranty issue for my 2015 Ford F150 with Brian Samuels. Another service representative named Jesse assisted me with another issue in a great way. Everything went very well and the repairs were completed in a reasonable time while I waited in a clean, comfortable waiting area. Brian was professional and personable and I will be returning for any future repair work on this vehicle.
