I had Eddy Frances for a sales person. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and he was the best one I have ever had. He was great friendly, funny fast and efficient . I would buy a car from him again.
A great buying experience - Bob Brent was particularly helpful in helping us buy our F-150. The dealership is not in our local area, but with the choice and price, it was worth the extra miles. The whole experience very positive - I highly recommend them

I took my car to Kelly Ford for service today. Oil change, tire rotation etc. Brian and his staff took care of it very efficiently. He explained everything and made sure I was informed of the progress. I will definitely be returning to service my vehicle.
Very happy with the staff at the dealership. Went to other Ford dealerships and picked this one to buy my new vehicle. They had a good amounts of choices to choose from in the vehicle I was looking for.
Had a good salesman and he helped us find what we needed. HOWEVER... the finance guy I believe deceived us. We asked for one term of financing at a certain price but he sold us some extra protection that brought the overall cost above our original number which we understood, but he sold us the additional coverage and upped the term of our payments by 9 months... said he told us but neither my wife or I remember it that way. I thought it was a bait and switch. Went back in and cancelled all additional coverage and he was clearly pissed we had found him out. Lesson learned ... never buy the additional coverages they sell!! I’ve bought several cars from this dealership, but will probably never buy another one there again because of this experience.
I called and told them what I wanted and they had it ready for me to test drive. They answered all my questions. The process was seamless. They asked me what I felt was a fair deal and we were able to compromise and I felt I got a fair deal. I love my truck. I left with a truck I love and that night I left but it was the start of a long time relationship with this dealer. Mackenzie was so helpful to me. I did not feel pressured.
overall, the buying process was excellent. I can't say enough good things about my sales person Keith. The finance people were great also. The overall rating was down because the truck was not prepared properly for sale. Keith made them do it again, and it looked terrific when i picked it up. However, when i got home i noticed a large swath of white insulation coming from the dashboard and 'A' pillar on the driver side. This does not speak well to ford's quality control, or to the prep people at auto fair that they missed it. This is my 6th ford pickup, i hope the remainder of the quality is as good as my prior trucks.
