I use this vehicle for so many things! From work, carting materials around for training and workshops, to hauling my kids and their friends to and from activities, to hauling my daughter's wheelchair and/or walker when she needs it-- the Explorer does everything I need it to do in perfect comfort, smooth ride and style. This is the second Explorer I have driven and this time we went with the Platinum package. It is insanely luxurious from the seats with built-in massage to the ability to change the color of your ambient lighting-- Ford has thought of it all!
Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.

We love our car so far. Great room for me, my wife and kids. Plenty of room to hold all of our sports stuff as well. Great handling and the gas mileage is real good for the size vehicle.
Buying my 2017 Certified Pre Owned Ford Fusion Titanium was the easiest transaction ever! It was worth the short drive from Everett not to mention the Tax savings! I would highly recommend this dealer.

The Explorer is great car with enough room for my family. The features in the car are awesome. Very comfortable ride. Would highly recommend the Ford Explorer.
First time car shopper at Frontier Ford. After failing to make a deal on a used vehicle at another dealership Frontier had one of the models we were looking at so we figured why not give them a shot before heading South to other dealerships off I-5. Our salesman Sean was helpful and pleasant to work with. He wanted to sell us a vehicle but wasn’t pushy. The road we test drove on was a quiet little road next to the refinery. The road is perfect for testing out the vehicle in pretty much any way you need to.
We drive a hard bargain so we thought for a bit that we weren’t going to be able to make a deal. We are experienced car buyers and the negotiations weren’t as bad as a lot of places we’ve been to but there never really fun especially when your tired and hungry. Sean gave us a protein bar and waters during the process. Ultimately the dealership wanted our business and won us over on a Hail Mary. We wanted to shop local at a local dealership but aren’t willing to make a lot of concessions to do so. I feel we got a great value on the out the door price. We were offered many extras but did not purchase any so I cannot speak to that.
The only thing that triggered us was essentially being forced to purchase a vehicle tracking device called Spireon Kahu. It is similar to LoJack and the dealer stated that they install it as a security device to protect their assets and it probably lowers their insurance cost. Long story short we did not want to purchase the tech but it was already installed on the vehicle. We negotiated the price of the tech and ultimately agreed to leave it installed as the dealer stated it would cost money to remove it. Now to the fun part. The 2015 Dodge Dart we purchased is for our teenage son. Using the app for the Tech on a smartphone we can monitor where he is at and be notified if he exceeds a set speed. We chose 65mph. We can also set up an electronic perimeter as well as monitor the vehicle battery from the Kahu app. We got an insurance discount for the active tracking system and trust me you need it when insuring teenagers. I probably sound like a Kahu salesman but hindsight we have no regrets leaving the tech installed. Just make sure you ask the sales staff whether it is installed or not and whether you will be force to purchase it or if it will increase the price of the vehicle if you want it removed. It worked out for us but it may not work out for you. Thanks Frontier for helping us find our son a safe and hopefully reliable vehicle!

Everything & more than expected. We keep discovering/learning new features on the vehicle every time we drive. Options we didn’t even know we needed. It’s above and beyond.
My salesman at the Frontier Ford dealership was very personable which made the car buying experience so much fun. I had my 11 year old son with me and even though we were there for quite some time trying to pick out my dream car, Zack kept us both enertained during the whole process. Very hospitable. I will return to Frontier Ford for any future vehicle needs.

This Explorer has a lot of room. With the 3rd row seats folded down, I can place many items such a luggage, antiques, and more in the back. My favorite feature is the heated steering wheel. I have 4 young men in my family and we fit comfortably in the Explorer during road trips. The ride is smooth and quiet.
Good experience. Our salesman, Russ was great, very patient and found us the exact car we wanted. We were unfamilar with all the new features on this car and Michael Holden went over everything with us. He was extremely nice, did not rush us, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with.

Love this car. Previously owned a Mustang, Bronco, Escort Hatchback, Escort Wagon, Focus, Escape and now an Explorer. I am one happy Ford Explorer owner.
The three people I dealt with were top notch and super friendly. Cayce Miller helped me find a great deal on my Escape, in the perfect color. Michael Holden helped me w/the techy stuff as I am old school on my Fords. Then it was time for Eric Berg to perform a miraculous loan for me. Thank you all so VERY much. Lucy loves her new Escape!

This is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. I have finally found my dream car and my family and I are so excited to enjoy this car for a long time.
Bickford was recommended to me by a friend and my Doctor. Being a senior citizen I was hesitant to deal with car salesmen. Still I checked with several dealers and it turned out that Bickford was the most honest and patient. My salesmen was Russ Sumpter and he helped me understand the whole process of buying a new car. After I purchased my new ford explorer I was then introduced to Michael Holden Technology and delivery specialist. He helped me to understand all the electronics in my new car and has an open door policy where he will walk me thru anything I do not understand. I would of been lost with out him. I would highly recommend Bickford Ford the people make the difference.
Our salesperson, Russ, although very busy with many customers on our first visit, always made us feel like we were the most important people he was working with. When his first search for the right vehicle didn't meet our wants, he spent a lot of time finding the perfect vehicle for us. Then there was Michael, who helped explain the workings of the truck and even helped us set up the backup function when we came in with our trailer. Very friendly and personable young man. When he was done helping set up our trailer, he helped us with some issues I had with installing parts in the bed of the truck and when we pointed out some concerns with the bed lining, he personally went and found the service manager to come out and help us. We felt everyone there has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase.
Michael was the greatest finishing touch on a great experience. I am a senior and was worried about learning all the new gadgets on my new car. Michael made it so easy. Russ my salesperson was very respectful and patient. Overall I would highly recommend Bickford to everyone looking to buy a car. It was great dealing with all the honest people.

I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.
Great car buying experience. Did everything to make me feel comfortable and never pushed for a sale. I was very picky and shopped for a long time. Great service and great respect. If you come here you will not be disappointed.
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
