Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
Our salesman for buying an EV was Anthony Masone, ultra-competent, non-pressuring, a deft guide throughout the process, not to mention highly affable. And offered candy at his desk to boot! Thanks, Tony, for all your help, leading to a happy ending: a beautiful, brandnew EV (Chevrolet Bolt).
Sean was excellent in taking care of my needs in an emergency situation. Going so far as to provide transportation to my home after the deal was made, which was an additional hour for him. Matt was very quick with the paperwork as well.
This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
They've always been super nice and helpful. They're not pushy when they think something needs to be fixed. The waiting area is pretty awesome too! Stocked with a variety of snacks, a soda machine and hot beverage machine...they even had Dove hot chocolate! This is my go to spot for getting my car fixed!!
We purchased our Ford Explorer Sport in TX, and when we moved home shortly after we started taking our car to Watertown Ford for routine maintenance. I recently purchased my Ford Fusion in Tallahassee with an oil change plan they assured me was transferable as I was moving to the Boston area and didn't want to worry about routine maintenance costs. Watertown Ford got me right in, did the routine maintenance and all the leg work making sure my maintenance plan covered all the costs. The waiting area was very nice and people checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. The oil change was done very quickly and it gives me piece of mind knowing they are my new service center.
Quickly got my car into the shop for oil change and car-check. Very clear and considerate of cost options. Left spending more than I hoped, but service provider was convincing (not in a pushy way) that it was important for me to get new breaks sooner than later. Left sooner than they anticipated. Snack selection was OK - for being there longer than anticipated, I would have liked to have some healthier variety than junk food.
3rd time was a charm for the installation of my remote start . First time part didn't come in and 2nd time was the wrong part. Definitely appreciated Joe and shane's assistance!
