A service department that is more like my friend's shop

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
This is the 4th new Ford I have purchased.

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.
Our 3rd purchase from Marshall ford, Jim Parisi was an excellent salesman. A very seamless process, Jim spent extra time with my wife explaining and showing features to make her comfortable and confident in our purchase.
In my role with the City of Quincy, I’m frequently frustrated by our inability to reward our taxpayers by buying locally...I’m very proud today to look at a purchase order for two new Police vehicles being purchased at Gem City Ford. Quoting from the letter from our PD to the committee, “...for many reasons t vehicle) most liked by our officers”
The cherry on top of the sundae is that we get them frquincyom Gem City Ford!!!

Everything & more than expected. We keep discovering/learning new features on the vehicle every time we drive. Options we didn’t even know we needed. It’s above and beyond.
James Rule was amazing it was like he knew what I needed before I did. I am not an easy person to please but this guy made the buying process so easy and relaxing it was more like setting down with somebody I have know my whole life. If I didn't leave with a brand new car I wouldn't of even known I was car shopping.
Honest to God it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life! I have never purchased a car online before, but let me tell you Prescott Brothers Autos couldn’t have made it any easier! From Chelsea, who I first initiated the online process with, Keith The in-store sales person, and Jeff the store sales manager, you won’t find a better team anywhere to work with! Love this car. Previously owned a Mustang, Bronco, Escort Hatchback, Escort Wagon, Focus, Escape and now an Explorer. I am one happy Ford Explorer owner.
I am completely satisfied with the service there. Aldo is fantastic, extremely helping and very trustworthy. I definitely will be coming back!

This Explorer has a lot of room. With the 3rd row seats folded down, I can place many items such a luggage, antiques, and more in the back. My favorite feature is the heated steering wheel. I have 4 young men in my family and we fit comfortably in the Explorer during road trips. The ride is smooth and quiet.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
I had the opportunity to work with both Shane and Andy in helping me pick out my new used grand Cherokee. The experience was wonderful with great attention to detail in customer service, answering all my questions and making the experience of buying a car a pleasure. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car new or used.
Been to several dealers there's a handful of dealships that I would consider doing business with and now this one I will add to the list. In my experience with magic city of Roanoke wether you close the deal or not they are willing to communicate and try to earn your business.

The Explorer is great car with enough room for my family. The features in the car are awesome. Very comfortable ride. Would highly recommend the Ford Explorer.
Had a great experience buying a used car from Steven after my car was totaled. He was very helpful and not pushy at all like some other car salesman I had encountered. He was very transparent and put up with my many questions like a champ!

I use this vehicle for so many things! From work, carting materials around for training and workshops, to hauling my kids and their friends to and from activities, to hauling my daughter's wheelchair and/or walker when she needs it-- the Explorer does everything I need it to do in perfect comfort, smooth ride and style. This is the second Explorer I have driven and this time we went with the Platinum package. It is insanely luxurious from the seats with built-in massage to the ability to change the color of your ambient lighting-- Ford has thought of it all!
Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
Tony is a true believer in Subaru cars or else he fooled me. He spent 4 hours with me informing my questions, being patient as I decided, and educating me on my choice....my kind of sales person! This is my 3rd Subaru, starting in l988. I always get more than 250K miles on them before I change. I'm a happy Subaru driver.
