I bought a new Mustang from Matt Ford and knew I would take my F-150 to them to have the tailgate lock serviced. They did good work, had the truck back quickly, and did not charge much for the service. I am a loyal Matt Ford customer. They have always treated me very well.

Just purchased a 2018 Raptor from Marshall Ford and am very happy with the entire purchase process. Raptors are in high demand and in SoCal dealers are asking as much as $20K over MSRP. Almost decided not to get the Raptor due to outrageous dealer ADMs. However, Jim Parisi to the rescue! He advertised the Raptor at $1K below MSRP, ordered exactly what I wanted and I am now the owner of a new 2018 Raptor. Everyone at Marshall Ford was great to deal with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I traveled 2100 miles to get my new truck and had an awesome cross-country road trip in my new Raptor. Well worth it and my thanks again to Jim and everyone at Marshall Ford! I was searching for cars on the internet, and found many at Brenengen’s in Tomah. I called and said I was coming over. I met the salesperson Marty, and he spent hours with me looking at and trying out cars. I did not buy that day. I became ill and the car shopping was put on hold for a few months. Started searching again on internet. I called Marty, and we looked at and tried out a couple cars. I found my dream car, a Ford Escape. Marty was a special person who spent hours with me finding the car I wanted. He had the service Department have it all shined up for me when I got there. Then he spent more of his time showing me all of the new features. This guy is amazing. Ask for him. He will treat you like no one else. The dealership and all the people in accounting and every other dept are very friendly. As I said, go to Brenengen’s in Tomah Wi for your next car
I have purchased many vehicles throughout my lifetime and dealt with many dealerships. Then, about 14 years ago I found Bredemann Ford and made it my go to for service and new cars since. The service department is top notch and treats you in a professional, intelligent, and courteous manner with the best outcome I have ever had in mechanical reliability. . My go to sales representative, Paul Ipjian, is the most knowledgeable I have ever had the good fortune to provide me with exactly what I want and insure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase even years after purchase. Mr. Ipjian is Marshall Field quality without question. Vehicle service and purchase used to be a major pain, with Bredemann it is become a rewarding and pleasant experience.
We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.

Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
