The Explorer is great car with enough room for my family. The features in the car are awesome. Very comfortable ride. Would highly recommend the Ford Explorer.
Was very helpful through e-mail. He got back to in a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately the SUV I was interested in was sold.

I use this vehicle for so many things! From work, carting materials around for training and workshops, to hauling my kids and their friends to and from activities, to hauling my daughter's wheelchair and/or walker when she needs it-- the Explorer does everything I need it to do in perfect comfort, smooth ride and style. This is the second Explorer I have driven and this time we went with the Platinum package. It is insanely luxurious from the seats with built-in massage to the ability to change the color of your ambient lighting-- Ford has thought of it all!
would have liked all service requested done in one day.

This Explorer has a lot of room. With the 3rd row seats folded down, I can place many items such a luggage, antiques, and more in the back. My favorite feature is the heated steering wheel. I have 4 young men in my family and we fit comfortably in the Explorer during road trips. The ride is smooth and quiet.
This was truly an amazing experience the car we bought was due to be inspected in December they had me drop it off inspected the car did Admissions and oil change and Alignment topped off all fluids changed filters and put four new tires on my car because they needed them all for no charge to us!!! I've never experienced anything like this and my husband has been buying cars for over 50 years and was totally impressed we will buy from Choice again!!!
Ryan was extremely helpful in getting me into my new car! I had been to several dealerships, and not only was he the first at any dealerships to assist me, he went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for, and at the price I was looking for. He showed me every feature prior to pulling out of the lot, and was most enjoyable to work with through the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership, and his services to anyone.
Where to even begin?! Kristina Bendel is truly a gem. She definitely bent over backwards to get me into the Solomon family as well as the Ford family. She stayed late when I wasn't sure about my decision and needed a second look, she took the time to explain the features, and also took the time to show me around the dealership. I have never purchased a car where it wasn't completely stressful until now. Kristina should train other sales teams on how to make these transactions fun again! Everyone else at Solomon from the GM to the finance manager were all very friendly and helpful, explaining each step in great detail. I will definitely be team Solomon for life!
I purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from Solomon Ford. My salesperson was Kristina and she was great. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that the radio would shut off every 3 minutes then reboot and come back on for another 3 minutes. It continually did this for the 2.5 hour ride back home. I called Solomon Ford and spoke with the General Manager Greg Solomon. Greg agreed for me to take the truck to my local Ram dealer and have it diagnosed at Solomon Ford's expense. Greg assured me that the problem would be taken care of. I took the truck to my local Ram dealer 2 times to get the diagnosis. It ended up being the radio itself was losing power every 3 minutes and needed to be replaced. Greg stayed true to his words and paid the local Ram dealer and replaced the radio. I have great respect for Greg and all of the Solomon Ford staff because they honored what they said they would do. In today's world you don't find many people that follow through with what they say, but Greg followed through exactly as he stated. I love the truck. THANKS Greg for being a stand up guy.
My leather seats had small cracks on the drivers side Maybe 5 on the top and 3 on the side The tech told me ford calls that normal stretch ...... I'm sorry but I have had leather seats in cars for 20 years and leather furniture in my home and have never had normal stretch occur......it's leather It should give and not tear ..... the solution was to have the seat repaired and it was it looks ok it's not perfect and at my cost of 85 plus tax I would have preferred it be replaced It's sad that ford doesn't back the full product. Not sure I will purchase a ford when I'm ready for a trade on this car my last car was a Subaru and the leather seats were perfect when it was traded in with no normal stretch
