Used 2019 Ford Explorer for Sale in Dale, IN

Everything is good except 1 key policy. Cost of most of the duplicate key are about $200. We need to keep that in mind when we see their price. In my opinion they should give explicit discount or should get another key made for the quoted price.

Rides really comfortable. Handling is great. Only have it 2 days so far and we both love it. Looking forward to some traveling in the near future.

My wife and I are expecting our first child so we needed to trade in our 2014 Mustang for something with 4 doors. We currently own a Ford Edge and we need a second vehicle. The Ford Explorer XLT is by far the best choice we made! Easy to drive and park, no blind spots!

My wife recently took my Ford Escape in for a leak caused by the drain from the sunroof. The shop preemptively fixed my recalls for me that I wasn’t even aware existed and got me back in my vehicle the same day. Excellent service all around and quality interactions throughout.

Love the new color and all the new perks. The Explorer is so smooth on the road . It handles like a luxury car. What a SUV.

I'd been in the "gently used" truck market for about 6 months. I had a less than desirable experience (several years ago (15+ years) when the dealership was Mike Davidson). Anyhow, on a whim, I wanted to give Coggin Ford a shot as I had purchased TWO Hondas from Coggin Honda down the road in the past 5 years - so I was confident that even if I didn't buy something from the Ford dealership, I would at least have an awesome experience. I was not let down!! I was greeted by one of the most honest, polite, and down-to-earth "good ol' boys" I've ever met... especially in the car business! Jeff Parton was nothing but professional and friendly. He didn't waste my time - he asked a few basic questions as to what I wanted, what was in and out of scope, and whether or not I was going to trade something in. We got right down to business. The experience from lot arrival to driving away with my new [to me] F150 SuperCrew Lariat FX4 only took like 4 hours, if that! And that INCLUDED me going to my house several miles away to get my trade-in vehicle and going through the on-premises finance process. Jeff made sure that my wife and I were comfortable, attended to, and happy the WHOLE time we were in the pipeline because as most of society knows, buying such a big ticket item is NORMALLY stressful. The test drive and explanation of all of the truck's amenities was STELLAR! I was upgrading from a modestly loaded economy sedan to the "Rolls Royce" of trucks [in my opinion]. Jeff Parton had expert level knowledge of every feature, widget, and detail. It has never been so easy to buy a vehicle. But, it was the following handful of days after the sale that impressed me and prompted me to write this review. Jeff called/texted a few times to make sure that I was good to go. We set up an appointment to go over things that weren't abundantly clear in the manual or that I couldn't figure out on my own. That appointment was on Wednesday (1/13/16 -- 4 days after purchase). We ran through various features, and again, Jeff demonstrated his expertise. I left the dealership happier and more educated than I had been when I got there. I have a follow-up appointment on 1/14/16 to get the door code reset and Jeff has already been in touch in efforts to streamline the process. Bottom line... if you need a vehicle, used or new, give Coggin Ford a shot... give Jeff a shot - ask for him by name.

Beautiful vehicle inside and out. I love the room and that it seats up to seven passengers comfortably. Safety package was very important. Second time leasing an Explorer, and love them both. Towing package is a plus. Love the Burgandy Velvet exterior and the Medium Stone Gray interior. Awesome vehicle.

I just purchased my 3rd car from Chapman Ford, and the 2nd from Bob Kozub. I couldn't be happier with the way Bob handles selling cars! He is never pushy or overbearing and truly wants to make sure you are happy with the vehicle you select. He goes above and beyond the typical car salesman approach and I appreciate all his help!! Having said that, I had a problem with my latest vehicle about a week after I purchased it and the customer service team were nothing short of extraordinary! They not only fixed the problem, they got me a rental for the time it was in the shop. I have only had this explorer one day so it is hard to judge but I really enjoy driving it very comfortable I do like the appearance

I shopped around at quite a few Ford dealerships in hopes to find my brand new Ford. My family is a Ford family and my very first car was an 06 Ford Escape. So I was very excited and eager to replace my first Ford baby.I was really disappointed during my shopping experiences... until I came to All American Ford of Old Bridge. Dean ended up being the sales man to make me give AAF my hard earned money in exchange for my brand new 2018 Ford Escape. I am in love with this car. I am so happy with the service that I received and so is my father. In fact he is so happy with how Dean treated me that my father said he would be going to Dean when he buys his next Ford. Great vehicle, very comfortable to ride in, great visibility, makes driving a pleasure again. Safety features are great without the clutter and distractions on other new vehicles. Features are very intuitive to use. One feature that it came with is the front camera, I didn't think it was necessary, but after trying it out, it really is handy to see what you can't see over the hood of the vehicle.

My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. In this case, it was absolutely earned. Thank you Kevin and George.

I had a 1996 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer & the car was one of the best I owned. I kept the car for 10 years and never had any big problems. The car even had the Firestone tire no problem there either. In 10 years I had brakes twice, 2 batteries & new tires one time in 10 years with 100,000 miles. I hope I have the same luck with this car. My new Explorer has all the safety equipment that’s on the market today with a beautiful interior as well as exterior. I am satisfied with the car however I wish I didn’t buy it at that awful Kelly Dealership I. Melbourne, Fl

Needed comfort for entry/exit from my vehicle, Mercedes Benz C300 was becoming to painful to ride in, entry/exit. After reading reviews thought I would give the Ford Explorer a test drive and was sold. Granted, I selected the Platinum with all the bells and whistles, but this vehicle rides and handles like a true luxury vehicle. It has met all my expectations, needs, has had great reviews, a very intelligent vehicle.

Finally!! I found a Auto salesman that knows how to give amazing customer service. His name is Andrew Spigelman and he works at Hertz in Norwalk. Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

The Explorer Limitied we purchased is really awesome. It is so comfortable to drive and we love all the accessories. Everything from the Heated seats and steering wheel to the Moon roof. The style and looks are awesome. It really looks very nice. If just might be the nicest vehicle we have ever purchased.

We had a 2013 edge and was very pleased. We wanted just a little extra room for traveling and the Explorer met our needs. It is a very Stylish SUV, and the basic came with a lot of extras we weren't looking for but we enjoy them. We love it.
