Used 2020 Ford Explorer for sale in Adamsburg, PA

The Salesman: Lenny Vargo He meant me at the door and instantly he said, "I have the truck for you" and little did I know, HE DID!!! I only had a brief conversation with him over the phone and he had "sized" me up to what I wanted despite the fact that I was not going to buy that day. He was personable, pleasant and NOT PUSHY. The Financer: Dan Fay He was very informative, thourogh and patient considering the mountain-loads of documents required to seal the deal. The Manager; Rob Stewart I did not think I would be able to get the loan and I have good credit but I am just alittle over extended. He was very reassuring in a caring type of way. I have bought 5 Ford trucks (counting this purchase) within the past 30 years and this was the best experience that I have ever had (and I had not planned on buying at this time). It would have been perfect if not for the dealerships BROKEN AIR CONDITIONER!!!! The environment was uncomfortably hot and humid but thanks to your team, it was tolarable. Things worth noting; I was not prepared to buy at this time, I entered some information on the internet at 2am. I received a million calls from 8am to 10am from various dealerships, the first coming from Paula asking about my interest. I was angry about the calls BUT I must say she was the first (she was pleasant) and ultimately the only one that mattered! The early bird catches the worm. Lenny immediately upon meeting him made me feel comfortable despite the heat, he had a nice "folksy" laid back approach.

Just bought one used and I LOVE this car! Traded in my GMC Terrain and this is much much much better! Wanted one for years and glad I finally got one. Very stylish and comfortable to drive!

Overall a great dealership. The salesman didn’t play games and gave us a very good price. I have gone to other Kia dealerships and this was the best by far.

Great vehicle, no problems after two years, will recommend to friends and family. Due to the shortage of workers the service department is terrible. Overall the vehicle is a 4.5 for me.

I came back to the Kia family after being gone for several years my last purchase the 2008 Kia optima from the same establishment and lo and behold some of the same people are still there but there are new faces just like anywhere else and all those new faces seem very well educated to their product that they are representing the cell for the company my review is they've been patient with me they've been able to help me I was approved for a certified used Kia or a Chevy Trax certified use at this establishment however they gave me a plenty of time to think about it because I had a good vehicle that I was trading in they gave me what I expected to get out of my vehicle and therefore I had positive equity in that trade in which helped me make the decision to buy the higher lined Kia forte gl 2023.. sporty blue happen to be the color that I liked and it was the only forte left on the lot so it was between that and a black fully black forte GL which was in the showroom but I chose to go with the sporty blue . All people involved from Rick to Eric and finance to Cal Slavic to Nick in sales and even Vince and Woody help me tremendously easily make the decision on going higher than I really wanted to pay but it was within my reach to pay and because I had positive equity in my trade in I feel that I'm in a good place with the forte GL at this time

Best car for a long ride especially with multiple people. Quiet inside. Lovely interior and very comfortable. The power with the turbo is awesome but it does kick a little when engaging. Very nice looking vehicle. Sits up but not too high you have trouble getting into.

An actual person answers your call. They will call you back in a timely manner. great experience overall. Not at all like Kenny Ross

Bought the Explorer about 18 months ago. So far we have put 20,000 miles on it. No problems at all. The 2.3 eco boost engine is plenty powerful and the gas mileage is exceptional. We usually get between 26 and 28 mpg. Love the factory tow package, the heated seats, the heated steering wheel (you don’t know what you are missing if you have never had it), & the Apple car play is great for navigation using our IPhones .

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Latrobe Chevrolet and Ford. The people there have become like family to me. I reluctantly traded in my 2013 Taurus for a Ford Edge in 2017. I considered this a downgrade in comfort and luxury. I had decided not to go with the Explorer at that time because of the lower fuel economy. When the 2020 Explorer XLT came out, it had a highway rating of 28 MPG which was the same rating I was getting from the Ford Edge. My Ford Taurus always surprised me with its excellent fuel economy. I could get 32 MPG easily on long drives. The Edge would give me 26 MPG on the highway and about 18 MPG around town. The 2020 Explorer is so much more comfortable than the Edge. The kids love sitting in their own chairs. They have plenty of space and when they start getting on each other's nerves or my wife's, they can easily split up with one of them sitting in the last row. I have managed better than 30 MPG on long trips with the Explorer. My average driving comes in at 25 MPG. I have had no mechanical problems with the Explorer what-so-ever. I now have 20,000 miles on it. I got the towing package which has really turned out to be useful. I use it to carry bikes with a hitch carrier. I have rented a U-Haul traller on several occasions instead of renting a pick-up truck. It is only $20 per day to rent a tailor. I really enjoy the Android Auto feature. The major complaint that I read on the Ford Explorer is that they claim that the shifting is not smooth or that the car is noisy. I find that the car rides very nicely and is very quiet when you are on the road. The 10-speed transmission is obviously going to be doing lots of shifting to get you up to speed. That is a lot of gears. Those gears are the reason i am getting over 30 MPG on a large 7 passenger SUV. I don't mind a bit of busy shifting in order to save fuel. I know that the KIA Telluride is very highly regarded in this category. The Telluride advertises 21 MPG overall. I am very happy to get the mileage I am getting now. I also got a pretty good discount from Ford when I bought the Explorer. I believe that the Ford Explorer is an ideal vehicle for families. Fuel Economy is unbelievable for a vehicle this size with so much power. I always put Explore in the Economy mode when I drive. I can feel the power drop when I put it in this mode. In the normal mode, I get about 26 MPG on the highway but in the Economy mode, I get 30 and better.

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for service. Kayla in the service center was very professional, knowledgeable and kept me informed. I thought the service was expensive....but that is not on the Ford Dealership...that is the way parts are these days. I was a little angry because I had to bring the car back for service within 3 days, but was very happy at the treatment received from Kayla and the dealership. All is now fixed and I received what I always get from them, customer service that is professional and friendly. Thank you!

She promptly kept in touch via text (which I like) with me for two months while my vehicle was delayed in transit (out of their control). Finding a Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige in Matte Gray/Red interior isn't easy, and I was lucky enough that they had one in transit. I paid msrp with low dealer fees (no hidden fees), while another local dealer wanted 10k over msrp on the same sticker price! I flew up from South Carolina as my local dealers were marked up as well, and I brought the bank check with me. Dawn was there to greet me on her day off and explained the vehicle to me in detail. I was out in a little over an hour. Then I drove back for ten hours through the beautiful mountains. Tina and the finance manager were also pleasant to work with.
