Stopped in because they happened to have the exact car we wanted sitting on the lot, went through the whole process to buy the car quickly and when a hickup in the purchase came up they did every thing they could to make it right with us, put us in several loaners and bought numerous tanks of gas for my wife. They ended up finding and bringing in a different vehicle for us, but helped us in every way possible. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, had not been impressed when I tried to deal with Fenton in the past but they've made corrections and have a top notch staff now that will do whatever it takes to get your business and future business.

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.
I had been in the market for almost a year looking for that one specific vehicle in mind. In the past I had left it to the one dealer local to me. After a year and no resolve, I went online and low and behold the vehicle I had been searching for popped in. I looked at all of the offerings and details pertaining to the vehicle and sent an email to the dealer. I received a response indicating that it was available. So I took a trip to them and test drove the truck and immediately knew this was the one. I then negotiated with one person Kevin Hoflander and the buying experience was not only expedient but it was as though a no hassle experience I never entertained before. Kevin, through his years of experience was my salesman, loan officer and closer for all of the experience. To me that is the way purchasing a new or used vehicle should be one-on-one through the whole process!

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
I am really impressed with the service that Stephen wade gave to me! Sal was very sympathetic to my needs and got me just the car I was looking for. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
Ill never lease this one again

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
Dealership did not have the car we wanted on their lot, however they were able to locate a car exactly like we wanted on our first visit. we took delivery two days later. great experience, very helpful start to finish.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Our salesman was Wayne Clarke, and I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and was very accommodating. Overall all lt was a great car buying experience.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Recently purchased our dream car and worked with Cody Bates. Cody was really excellent at explaining everything about the sale and financing and was really helpful with answering any questions I had. He also took the time to go over all of our new vehicles features. After the sale he has been quick to respond to any additional questions or concerns that I have had. I feel like he genuinely cared about me as a customer and sincerely wants to keep me as a customer long after this sale, which is rare to find. I hope that he is there the next time that I need a new vehicle.

I raise service dogs and require enough room for a large crate. Many other SUV's are too rounded in the rear to fit a crate and carry four passengers. The Explorer fits all of this very nicely. Great SUV all around.
Chris the body shop manager and Scott the painter did a great job repairing my cherished 1969 Corvette. The cracks were repaired and the front of the car re-painted. They finished on time and did a super job. What a pleasure!
Have truly enjoyed driving this SUV.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

this care is an excellent choice for a busy family. very roomy, with third row seat if you need it. while practical, it is also well appointed with nice options such as heated rear seats and steering wheel. perfect compromise of practicality and luxury.
I went to Bob Thomas Ford looking for a new car after twelve years in my Explorer. I worked with Colby who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Bob Thomas also met with me to welcome me to the dealership and let me know he was at my service. I expected to leave with a certified pre-owned Explorer. Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
I asked 3 dealers for Internet pricing on a 2014 Ford Escape. Bob Thomas Ford had the best price, responded quickly and had an excellent follow up process. The overall buying experience was hassle-free.

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He made buying my new used car super fun. I love my new Ford Titanium Escape. Thanks Jim!!

We love our car so far. Great room for me, my wife and kids. Plenty of room to hold all of our sports stuff as well. Great handling and the gas mileage is real good for the size vehicle.
