He was very accomodating and professional about addressing any of our issues and has followed up several times after the purchase to make sure we are happy. We have found that the Kona EV is a perfect little car for running aorund town at a cost of around 2.5 cents a mile if one is buying electricity at $0.12/kWh. Purchased a 2014 F150 Platinum, took it home park it in my garage, two days later noticed a small leak caused by a bird stuck in the spoiler, I called my Sales Rep Jesus Hernandez and Spoke with Josh, His response was no worries we'll take care of it, He gave me the number to their Technicians repair center, made an appointment, took it in and it was well taken care of. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Family trucks and vans in the past four years and I would highly recommend this dealership, Jesus worked hard to get me the loan with the best interest rate, Thank you for taking care of everything from start to finish.

This is my 4th Ford Explorer over the last 20 years and I am very happy. Every time I upgrade is nicer in every aspect. I am glad that after so many people telling me to just go to another style and company, I made the right decision.

I like it. It does well. The front seats aren't very comfortable. The gas mileage is a little weak. The V6 isn't really enough for this size vehicle. Lots of interior room.

I bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe yesterday for my wife. I am a serious car guy. Former Navy aircraft mechanic who owns a vintage Corvette. I drove from Greeley to Groove 1 1/2 hrs to look at this car with all features we wanted. I had spoken to Big K the night before. As s New Yorker I am a tough buyer who has heard it all! I can strongly recommend Groove, Big K, Taelor and all the team. The vehicle exceeded my expectations. This is the only review I have written in my 73 years. Outstanding experience. Originally wanted the ST, but after losing everything in Hurricane Ida my finances were not where I needed for the ST. But I was shown the Timberline and hastily I agreed. But after a few weeks I was truly shocked at how much I actually loved this truck. I never thought a 4 cylinder could survive my hard driving style, especially since my last two cars had 400HP, but I was pleasantly surprised to feel extremely comfortable with the 300 HP eco-boost engine! When this lease is up even though my finances should be back on track, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be sticking with the Timberline!

I have been a Ford driver for very many years and have owned Mustang GTs to F-250s.I love the styling, drive, comfort and power. I'm most impressed with the comfort when towing my boat. We live half the year in Coastal North Carolina and half is SW Florida, so our boat commutes between the two. Switching from an F-150 to the Explorer I was concerned, but the Explorer handled the job without any problem.

The team there was friendly and the car was decent for it's price. Overall I found something else but it was good experiance and good information

Love the style of the Vehicle and the amount of space for storage. Feel safe in the size of the car. Great size for transporting my dogs to Shows.

I bought my 2005 Explorer Limited V8 in 2007. It had come off of a lease with about 30, 000 miles. Now, it’s 13 years later and it has 221,889 and I still love it. This is my 3rd Explorer. It is still my favorite design of all the model years. I bought it when my son was 2 and my daughter was not yet born. I can afford to get a newer suv, but keep it because I’ve had it so long, it’s taken me so many places safely and comfortably, that it now has sentimental value. Next goal: 250K miles. If you take care of this SUV, it will last.

Bought her used she's a 2008.Yes I call all my trucks her lol. Only complaint I have is city driving because of mileage. She's been as far south as N.C and Georgia and north to N.H.. Great ride loads of room with the third seat. As far as maintenance normal oil changes, tires, tune ups. I'm in MA so even in the winter she starts up and goes VERY well in the snow. this is my second explorer if I ever replace her I'll buy another one.

My wife and I recently purchased a new car from McDonald Mazda in Lakewood. I’ve purchased 7 cars in my lifetime from dealerships, and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying car purchase I’ve ever made. Customer service was EXCELLENT, and even the finance manager (Johnny) was super easy to work with and not pushy at all. I was so surprised at how open and transparent everyone was with buying a car. AND it didn’t take countless hours to make the purchase. Yaay!! Our salesperson was named Santiago, and he was extremely helpful in answering our questions, and showing us all the details about the car we ended up buying. I was expecting some type of dealer fine print to pull the rug from under us, or some excuse about why the price was going to be higher, but everything was clear and accurate (I like to research cars before I even go to a dealership to look at them). We got way more than I expected for our trade-in, we were able to take advantage of Mazda’s financing deal AND special discounts, and Santiago even took our photo with the new car once we were done (and put it in a frame for us). Seriously?! I’ve NEVER had a dealer/salesperson come anywhere close to this level of customer service. 10-stars for McDonald Mazda, Santiago, and Johnny. You know they made a lasting impression because we still remember their names a month after buying our car! :-)

This car is way above what I expected. Has plenty of room if my grandchildren come to visit me. It came with tinted windows which saved me from having it done.

My salesperson Felicia was friendly and helpful. I requested a minor repair to the vehicle and she was able to make it happen while I waited. This would have been a big issue for me since I live 2-1/2 hours from the dealership, so thank you Felicia for your help. The dealership itself is impressively high tech and modern looking. They were extremely busy that day, but everyone remained professional and friendly. The only drawback was that it was so busy that the paperwork part of the process took longer than I anticipated. I would recommend you not go in on a Saturday if you don?t have to. Other than that, it was a great experience and I?m thrilled with my new car!
