I purchased a 2007 Toyota 4Runner from Grand Auto and from the way they treated me you’d have thought I was buying a Lamborghini or a Bentley. Luis is very conscientious and went out of his way to make sure I was happy. He detailed the car even though I didn’t think it needed it and he found a nail in one of the tires that he promptly got repaired. I did not get to meet Brock, who initially took my call but he followed up on my interest in the car to ensure I would be taken care of if I came in on his day off (which I did, unfortunately, due to my schedule).
The entire staff at Grand Auto was friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant car buying experience. They succeeded with me! These guys are the best and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
And the car, by the way, is fantastic!

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Friesen's is always worth the drive. We've purchased multiple vehicles from them and I will never go back to the hassels of other dealerships. They go above and beyond to make you happy, even after the sale.

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
Worked with Scott mostly over the phone and was awesome to work with. Gave me honest answers and I know exactly what I was going to see when I walked in the door. Drove over 4 hours to but the car and all they needed was the signature!! Great to work with

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
I have honestly never had a good vehicle purchase experience until I came to Friesen Ford. Alan was great to work with as well as Jed the Finance Mgr. I live 3hrs from the dealership and they made sure it was worth my trip. Wont mind driving to Friesen Ford again in the future for my next vehicle purchase.

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Was an absolute treat to walk through Friesen Ford's doors and be treated like a real person and not a number.
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
Good experience with my used car purchase. The staff at Stewart's were very accommodating. I was from out of town and they were more than happy to work with my schedule to test drive as well as the final purchase. Great deal on used cars! Wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.
Have truly enjoyed driving this SUV.

It was a solid - well made vehicle. I enjoyed driving this on long trips. I felt save and a good vision of traffic - ahead.
I was very impressed on How Shelly made everything easy and fun....Shelly had a answer for every question I had...Shelly kept my granddaughter busy while I was taking care of paperwork ....If we ran into a snag they all worked to get it done...It was the best experience in buying a car I had ever had..It was fast ... I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
I was in the market for a new used truck and most of my vehicles I purchased from Lincoln,
however a friend told me about a new dealership in Aurora, I was a little apprehensive because I thought the bigger dealers could offer better selection and prices. In short I was wrong the guys at Friesen Ford were fantastic to work with and even better their pricing was out standing.

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Bought a new pickup from Hastings Ford . And very happy with the experience. Plenty of information, nice casual atmosphere. I will definitely be back . Thanks Joe !

I love this car. The leather interior is slick and gives it that wow factor. Not to mention that this has been the most reliable car I have owned. It rides nice and I have yet to have a problem with it.
Bought a used Fiesta from John Longoria in sales. No pressure, very pleasant experience. Will go back to him in the future.

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
Scott and Jamie made the buying process simple and straightforward, no back and forth and garbage that many times takes place. Any changes or additions were easily made. Price for the new vehicle was better than any comparable offers. If you need a Ford, this is the place to go.
This is the 4th new Ford I have purchased.

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.
Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
