Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
I decided I wanted to lease a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, fully loaded. Not only did Northtown give me the best deal price-wise among all the local Mazda dealerships; they also treated me the best from my first step inside the door. Polite, professional, helpful, and no wasted time. I do have to emphasize that my pleasant experience was largely due to the salesman, Michael "Mick" Bellus. So, be sure to request him or call and make an appointment with him. Why? He genuinely listens and will secure you the best deal. I am a senior citizen and appreciated this young man; a true scholar and gentleman! Best part, Mick has been there for me anytime I've stopped in subsequent to the purchase, to give this techical immigrant some review lessons on how to maximize all the technology in the car! Mick is just as present and friendly after buying the car as he was before the purchase. That speaks volumes. I love the car and all the technology and just can't rave about Mick enough...Mick may not have made the CX-5 but he surely made my experience extremely fair and pleasant!

I went from having a 1998 Misubishi Montero Sport to owning my 2012 Ford Explorer. I love the way it drives and responds. My dual sun roofs are the envy of everyone who rides in it, and who isn't a sucker for the heated seats?
Great service, like always greets me by name right as I walk in the door. I go in to get things fixed that I'm aware of, few times they caught other things that need immediate attention or future and let me no in advance

Very eye appealing. Good mileage. The XLT 202A package has almost the same equipment as a limited model. My vehicle has 50,ooo miles on it and it drives like new.
I was contacted by salesman Jadon shortly after signing up for a test drive promotion by Ford. During the test drive at Dave Smith, Jadon was very informative with all ford was offering at the time (rebates, lease buyouts, etc.) and all of the features of both the 2017 and 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboosts. As I wasn't ready to buy for a couple of months, Jadon kept in contact and was very responsive to every question and concern I had. When I decided on a model located at an out of town dealership, Jadon was quick to assure me that they could retrieve it. A week later, after the quickest buying process I have experienced along with the lowest finance rate I could find, I am loving my 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in lightning blue. Very impressed with overall experience. No nagging salesman trying to upsell you, but rather very responsive to every need.

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
I had been causally searching for a new F-150 online and Basil popped up in my search. I fell in love with the 2015 Platinum F-150. Drove 315 miles (one way) to trade in my truck, which Joe gave me what I would have gotten if I had sold it privately. Kire is the man! He is the glue that kept the transition running smoothly. With the help of Amber and Rob, I would definitely recommend Basil to anyone and would come back!
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
I was a life time leaser up until now. I worked with Kire and Rob from 3 hours away to buy my Mercedes-Benz. The phone conversations and communication was excellent. Kire met me in Rochester with the vehicle, saving me almost two additional hours of driving. All of the paperwork was ready and excecuting the deal was simple and fast. Kire is the man! Working with him is how buying a car is supposed to be.

I have purchased many vehicles and nothing else compares to my Ford explorer!! It is a smooth ride. The interior is so roomy and comfortable. The third row seat allows me to transport the entire family. Love the safety features.
Timely, very friendly service. Comfortable waiting area. My only recommendation would be to have appointment s available to schedule for oil changes as well tire rotations.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
Basil Ford did a great job servicing my 2016 Esape with 43 k miles. Tires are still good for a few months. Rear brakes were replaced. All other maintenance was performed to my satisfaction. They even gave it a complimentary car wash. Nice. Thank you.

Always loved Ford Explorers. And once again this one has not let me down. I would buy this again too because ford puts out a great reliable product.
Honestly the best car buying experience ever! Our salesman Todd was courteous, personable, patient (we brought a two and six year old with us) and an all around great guy to purchase from!! We will absolutely buy another car from them in the future! Highly recommended from a family that purchases a car every few years!!

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
The service dept. forgot to put my next oil change mileage sticker on the windshield. It always seems I get a bunch of service coupons via email, right after I have service done to my car, not before the service.

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
Over the past week we have had both of our vehicles into DeLacy Ford for routine maintenance. We could not be happier with the quality of the work, and we were absolutely blown away by the manner in which Ray took care of us.

I have given 4 stars for buying process to make this an honest review. The financing was a little bit of a struggle in the beginning, but I think it was a problem with the bank, not the dealership. The price was very fair and the salesman (Bob) was very friendly.
What really impressed me with this dealership is 7 months after purchasing my used Subaru Impreza from them I noticed at the first snowfall my AWD did not work. I called Bob and explained the situation. Bob had his General Manager (Mike) call me which was within a few hours. Mike told me to take it to a Subaru Dealer to be diagnosed and they would work with me to resolve the issue.
Long story short they did not by law or for any other reason need to feel obligated to do anything other than say sorry, but they offered to help. For this reason I highly recommend Basil Retail South.

It’s the perfect size for a family of 4. I love the dual sunroof and navigation. It’s very comfortable. we are wanting to down size from an Expedition because of the fuel cost and the Explorer still has the 3rd row.
