Strong engines, good 4x4 and overall good styling. As with all Ford/Mercury products of this era, they are prone to electrical issues and the dreaded transmission solenoid issue but the engines stay strong forever and there is a fix for the trans issue that lasts quite some time.
Purchased a little older car with higher miles. Had a minor issue within the first day but Rocky and his technician took care of the problem quickly.
The overall buying experience and customer service were excellent and I’d highly recommend this dealer!
This car has been nothing but amazing

I love this car. The leather interior is slick and gives it that wow factor. Not to mention that this has been the most reliable car I have owned. It rides nice and I have yet to have a problem with it.
Spoke with Misty first she hooked me up with some good people at dealership they do business the ol way say what they will do and do what they say great dealership

I’m currently a college student and this was my first car I’ve bought myself. I have driven in the snow with my ford and it’s one of the best cars to drive in the snow. There’s also a lot of room inside the car and you can store a lot of stuff inside. I would really recommend this car to kids who are looking for their first car.
Spotted this 2014 Chrysler 300 online. Tim Short was one of a few scheduled stops for us. The wife loved the car but we wanted to check out another dealership. We found another 300 there but called back to Tim Short. They matched the price so we came back and purchased. Josh was very nice. Took a little while to finalize but folks were very nice and accommodating. Good experience.

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
Great experience. Very helpful! ANy questions I had they were more than willing to answer or find me the answer. I did not buy a car but good dealership

The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle
Buying a car from Dutch's was exceptional in fact the easiest I have ever had, the staff was great we
enjoyed doing business with them and if need be will trade there again!!!!

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
made the appointment on time. they took my truck right away, said it would take about three hours
it was finished in a little over two hours was very pleased at the job done . thank you again

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
I can't say enough great things about Dutch's Chevrolet. David Ishmael was amazing and so accommodating! No pressure to buy, was willing to find me what I wanted. Also gave me a courtesy car to drive while mine was being serviced. My family has done business with them for years and will continue to do so and recommend all my friends too! Very honest and sincere people! Can't say enough good things about them!

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
Receive good car u ntil I told the manager that I would not sign for another until he looked at his own web sight and realize he was cheating me..No way HosaI'll be returning the two compasses I purchased onWednesday..Have a GREAT BUST DAY...lol

this car has grown on me over the years, and the handling has improved greatly, and now some way, I will own one for my family and myself!
Willie Willoughby is the best salesman and the only salesman that I will buy a vehicle from. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from him. And I will definitely be back if I need another one.
Nice Solid vehicle front seats are uncomfortable

I purchased my 4X4 XLT with 45.000 miles on it .Its very nice quiet SUV pulls my boat well. But the front seat cushion is uneven so the back of my leg sits on a uneavan seem. And I am averag build .The brake pedal bracket is close to the gas pedal so when braking my foot is on the Brake pedal and bracket at the same time. Changing of the heat or AC can be like texting and driving I wish the controls were simpler. Gas mileage is a respectable 20 miles per gallon average even in Minnesota winter this vehicle does not have a lot of storage in the armrest or dash
Great dealership to work with. We have purchased many vehicles from here and will continue to buy from them.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
Anthony Chandler made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. We were shown several different options for what we needed in the price range we could afford. We highly recommend Anthony to anyone who wants a no-pressure car buying experience.

It’s the perfect size for a family of 4. I love the dual sunroof and navigation. It’s very comfortable. we are wanting to down size from an Expedition because of the fuel cost and the Explorer still has the 3rd row.
Had an great experience in every aspect. Very nice and genuine people. Definitely the best around and you didn't feel that they were after your money, they genuinely seemed to care about getting you the car you need. 100% would recommend to any and every one.
Ill never lease this one again

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
