This by far has been one of the best experiences buying a car. My sales person Chuck Jones was awesome. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over the explorer so I fully understood the options in it.
Jim Laferriere helped us get into our ???new to us??? 2016 Explorer and made it so we could drive off with it the same day we bought it! Love the car and Jim was such an honest, helpful sales person. We would go to him again in a minute.
Every call was responded to and on a personal level, Customer Service from all was top notch. Sales associate Lynda was very totally involved in my satisfaction and was very personal and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Very trustworthy service.

Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
We had a wonderful experience when we purchased the car the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was selling. We???ve been back 3 times for service and I must say the service is second to none. On this visit we had Nick as our salesman he was straight up about what he could offer and what was available I don???t usually go to the dealer for tires they tend to be pricey but when he beat town fair tires price I knew I was getting a great deal. I didn???t have to try and bargain price with him he beat them all and I always get 3 quotes when purchasing something he even fit our car in right away. These guys are doing a wonderful job I will be back.
I think the Service Department is really great. They are the only reason I go back to Wareham Ford to buy my vehicles. Sales not so much.
