I was impressed from the time I called to ask about the navigator . The vehicle was as described. I was really bummed that I could not buy it. Everything was exactly what I wanted but I just could not do the light interior color. The facility was small n clean (love the office dog). Parking was tight but they do well to accommodate customers.

This started out as a long distance purchase and ended with a done deal after 1 hour on site. Everything stated on auto.com was correct Andrew was very friendly and we would check Practical Auto again. Vehicle was hundreds of dollars below book.

Second experience not so good!
by German cars are the best period! from Billings, MT
August 19, 2018
Be very careful trading in a german car because the used car manager ( he came from the Dodge store) doesn't know how to book out a german vehicle at all (appraise) He did this once before to us and he hits the car so way back of actual trade in value it makes me think he doesn't know what he's doing or he just doesn't want the car. Either way I feel bad for this dealership because it cost them a deal. Mike the GM is a great guy just be careful if you trading in a used euro car. Still a good group of guys but need to learn about real german cars.
