We came in to look at a vehicle and test drove a couple Lincoln MKZs, we found the one that we liked and with no pressure sat down with the sales person and talked about pricing and different options for financing and within 40 minutes we were finished and driving home a new car. The experience we had at this dealership was excellent and the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and easy-going to work with.
I definitely would buy another vehicle from here if the opportunity arose. Sam Lien was great. I came with a 2 year old and he made us both feel very welcomed. He went above and beyond what I expected and made the buying process painless. Even colored some with my daughter. The same could be said about Rollen Otness, who did the financing part. Have been with Lupient when buying my cards for the last 30 years. It has all changed. There is hardly anyone in the service department. The calls don;t come and when you try to call you get connected to three or four different areas/people....and then get voicemail. In the past when I picked up my car, It was washed and brought around for me. The other day when I picked up my car from being serviced I was handed the keys and told roughly where it would be and to go look for it - get it myself. No wash. No customer service!
Fist service on my new Ford - as always the staff were super helpful the service was done on-time and to the quoted cost. We have deal with the folks at Superior Ford in Plymouth for a few years and their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile have always impressed.
Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
Bought a used car for my daughter to take to college. My sales person was great, the price seamed good on the car so overall a good experience. My only issue is with the finance person or whatever they call the person that tries to sell you the extended warranty. He pushed a little too hard and the wisecrack he made about me not loving my daughter because I chose to not purchase the extended warranty was going too far, even if in jest. It pissed me off.
Great experience working with Bob Patterson at the Ford dealership. He spent all the time I needed while looking and was very helpful. Would definitely recommend him and the dealership for purchasing a car.
I recently purchased a car that initially had a transmission issue the service department went the extra mile to resolve problem and make me happy rick the used car manager even extended there exchange policy for me knowing i wasnt happy with car i was very rude and unprofessional to alot of people down there im very sorry to everyone i affended especially chad obert from the service department and reg great people and place I definitely recommend buying a car from them
