Although I live in Maryland I was enticed to visit Harrisburg???s Faulkner to check a well-priced vehicle. With no hassle and willingness to an additional discount from the dealer I ended up buying the car. Needless to say, it was one of the most easy car purchases my wife and I ever made. No surprises and no pressure. Even though we arrived around the closing time, the staff (Jason, the salesman, and Dallas (?) the finance person with his trainer) made us feel very comfortable during the entire time. A day later, we contacted the dealership regarding an additional issue and found the Faulkner being very responsive.
The was the easiest new car purchase I have ever had. The trade value was top notch and the purchase price was competitive. I expected resistance on the price I was expecting to pay, they matched the best deal I negotiated with by another dealer further away. This is a car dealer, and yes they are in it to make money. Be informed using all the resources available and don't expect to be deserving of any more, haggling make a car buying experience miserable.
I'm driving my 4th new Ford Escape purchased in the last 12 years, and all four Ford Escapes have been purchased through sales rep Dan Behmer. Dan's customer service skills are outstanding, and when I return to Whitmoyer Auto Group for my next Ford Escape, it will be because of the amazing service I receive from this dealership and especially, Dan Behmer.
Everyone was welcoming when we arrived. Matt went out of his way to find us the car we wanted and the finance manager worked to get us the best deal possible. We will definitely buy from Faulkner Nissan in the future.

I went to red lion apple ford to look at a car I had an appointment and I love 45 min away well when I got there they had sold the car and didn't bother calling me to tell me. So I figured I was already up that way so I stopped in at Thornton in Dover 5 min before they closed and wasn't expecting anyone to really help me. But Courtney stayed and let me test drive the car and went threw the whole process that day. Best buying experience of my life!
