He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.
Last week the 10,000 mile service was completed on my 2018 Volvo XC90 Inscription (which I purchased from Friendship Volvo last fall.) The customer service was excellent from start (scheduling an appointment) to the completion. The Service Manager, Sherri, was exceptional helpful. She was very professional in making sure everything that needed to be done was completed. She is a credit to the Service Dept. and to Friendship Volvo. / Also, a few months ago I had some accessories installed on my XC90 - including a Dog Gate! - and the process then was also first class. The young man who installed the accessories (Scooter?) did an excellent job./FYI a question below asked if I would recommend this dealer to a friend - which I did recently. I recommended Friendship Volvo to a co-worker who had seen my XC90, and he and his wife purchased an XC90 from you about 2 weeks ago.
I dumped a mess on them when they were covered up already, and they handled it with style and grace. My car is back running great and I couldn’t be happier. BIG THANKS to Sherry and the crew
