Sam was so easy and wonderful to work with-we even finalized our sale via text! Anytime we had a question, Sam was quick to get back with us, and sent numerous photos to help us "be right there with him" and show us proof of his answers. For instance, we needed to know how the tire tread was looking on the tires since my husband travels thousands of miles weekly for work... Sam sent me photos and all the information we needed.
We felt very confident in purchasing our Subaru even though we had never met Sam or Mario and weren't ever able to drive or see the vehicle until it was delivered to our home!
Paperwork was overnighted fast and the buying process was super simple and straightforward. Never did we feel any of the negative sides stereotypical to car sales as these gentlemen are far above and superior for the industry. Very professional indeed. I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.

Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
We are repeat customers. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country almost 2 years ago and had such a great experience with them that we went back for a Dodge Ram for my husband and I year ago in July. They make you feel very welcome and they don't bs you into a vehicle you didn't come for. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle in a few years!
