After dealing with several nauseating dealerships in Kansas City, we decided to head south to look at a vehicle at Max Motors. What a difference! The staff was very low pressure, professional and very friendly. They didn't waste our time with the normal games that Kansas City dealerships put you through, such as advertising $11k in rebates but once you look into it, you only qualify for $3k. I didn't even see the sharks (salespeople) circling around us the minute we drove on to the lot. What an amazing and refreshing difference! We HIGHLY recommend those who are fed up with poor service in Kansas City to give Max Motors a try.
We purchased a used Yukon Denali from Lisa and I have to say, it was the most fun I've had buying a car ever! She was fantastic to work with!! She even had her driver bring it 80 miles just so we could look at it and then had the same driver (which was also great) deliver it to us the next day! Ive never experienced a dealership like this! Keith Blum and Mike Ohms were able to get me into a truck that I was certain I couldn't afford. Dahl gave me what I wanted for my trade-in and even took money off of the truck I bought. I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.
This will be short and sweet: I found a used car online (cars.com) and Wolfe had one that met my general criteria. The price and miles lined up with what had been seeing elsewhere. I called and made an appt with Travis (sales manager) for a test drive.
After seeing and liking the car, I made an "offer" of $500 less than they were asking (gotta dicker, right?). Travis crunched the numbers and proceed to BEAT my price by $300. You heard that right, folks. He voluntarily offered to sell it to me for $300 less than I offered?
After realizing he wasnt drunk or crazy, I could see what he was doing. He wanted to make sure I got the very best price while still making a few dollars for themselves. Class act.
I ended up upping his offer by a hundred bucks just to reward his honesty.
That says it all. I would HIGHLY recommend buying a car from Travis at Wolfe Ford.
The service was excellant ,took Explorer in for oil change. Was in and out quick , friendly staff , great experience. The leasing process was quick and easy through Chris Merriman. Overall great experience at Crest Ford.
Armen was the best sales guy , didn’t try to talk me in to buying something I didn’t want. He made buying my new Jeep a quick easy process. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy their brand. Went to five other lots and this place was by far the best.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
Our family just had the best time buying a Ford F-150 Lariat and I wanted to make sure I gave credit where credit was due.
(1) Wonderfully Communicative - Jason Lehner, the delearship manager, was amazing. Since we know little about cars but wanted to venture into truck ownership, we turned to a relative who is 1000s of miles away for help. This didn’t phase Jason at all. He answered every text, email and call with care and worked effortlessly with someone he never met in person. My relative is a bit of a hard cookie to crack so we were all impressed at how Jason was able to navigate the rapid fire questions and concerns.
(2) Stellar Price - We did approach other dealers but Waterford Ford simply offered the best price for our custom order. We feel like we walked away with an fantastic price for a brand new 2018 custom Lariat order.
(3) Straight Shooter - Jason never tried to sell us something for the sake of selling. We didn’t feel overwhelmed with the options or that we were making a mistake by not buying an additional feature. He was polite, listened and ensured we were comfortable with the order BUT we never felt pressured to take on more.
The best part was when we finally went in the sign papers! Michael O'Brien, the manager emeritus, saw that I had kids in tow and offered to have the car sent to our home since we couldn’t bring it back on the same day. It made my life so much easier! Seriously. That small gesture made my year. And now I have a gorgeous new ride.
