I was in the market for a used Jeep product. They had an excellent inventory of vehicles and great pricing. The salesman was very accommodating about showing what I wanted to see as well as letting me drive what I wanted.
The purchase went seamlessly and was quick and easy.
My only complaint was that I messaged this dealer through Cars.com about a vehicle and never received a response.
I leased a new Buick LaCrosse with Dave Kern as my salesman! It was a wonderful experience during the buying process! I also have to say - I was in an auto accident about 2 months after I brought my new car home and Dave made sure to help take care of me! He helped with getting my car to the auto body as well as any questions / concerns that I had! I would highly recommend Sundance and Dave! Thank you for the all around care!!

I was looking for a specific vehicle and Tony did not have it in stock a couple other dealers told me the would call me if they ever got one in. Tony searched the country and bought me my vehicle from over 1000 miles away and had me exactly what I wanted. I could not believe he would do that he could do that and how fast he made it happen!
We are from Grand Rapids, and found the truck we wanted at Red Cedar Auto.
I called before we went down, and worked with Jamie through the process. The complete process went well, including using a credit union through them to finance truck. She did a awesome job to make this a good deal, thanks Jim
After a terrible experience with a different Chevy dealership, I was apprehensive to visit this one, but I'm so glad I did!!! I had a wonderful experience - this is what car-buying should be like. The team made the whole process easy, enjoyable and fast!
Great buying experience, no pressure, knowledgeable. Our sales person was Jarret Hernadez and was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership and saleman to any one looking to buy a new car. They have all major brands at one location.
My visit to the dealership was a good experience. The sales rep had already sent me a video of the vehicle showing the outside and inside. I was early for my appointment but the rep was able to accommodate me. I received a call to confirm my appointment that morning. When i got there the sales rep went to get the vehicle, i test drove it and began the process to purchase the vehicle which did not take very long. Overall i had a good experience with this dealership.
I scheduled a meeting to look at a vehicle. Got there, vehicle wasn't even clean/washed for my test drive. That's a first.
Also, they the manager low balled my trade in to an almost laughable price. I counter offer with $3k more and he said that he would do it. The salesman was decent though.
I want to start off by saying thank you to Steve Goff and the LaFontaine of Birch Run team. The work put in for the second time within 3 months is wonderful. Bought a car a few months back and bought another recently, with two different sellers but the same energy. Highly reccomend Steve Goff he gets the job done and you won't be disappointed. He wants you to be happy and comfortable and not to just sell you a car. Thanks again to Steve and everyone who was involved!!!

He went the extra mile to try to meet our needs. We felt that he cared about as individuals, not just a customer. If you're looking for a vehicle, we would highly recommend Scott Skalski.
