Drove from 2.5 hours away to complete a new car purchase. I've bought and leased over 20 cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience ever. Rob was upfront, wasn't into selling but earning my long term business. Very happy overall and LOVE my new car.
October 3rd 2016 I have to tell you how impressed I am with the way Crossroads Ford handled the problem I had with the Ford Edge I bought. After just three or four hours after I picked up the new car I noticed two small door dents in my right rear door. I was was not very happy to see this problem. I called Rob Hussey the sales manager about the problem. I thought I might have a problem but to my surprise Rob was concerned about the situation and immediately responded that a person would come in the next day to fix it. He would remove the dents and because there were two small chips in the paint the OWNER would probably take care of the paint damage himself. I was told he has experience in this kind of paint match. He offered me a loaner car because of my forty-five minute distance to the dealer. When my car was returned to me one day later I found the dents were completely gone. The next day I cleaned the door area that was fixed and found that paint work was excellent!! I know quality work when I see it. I have to say a true test of a car dealer is when you have a problem and it is handled the way I was treated. I can not speak highly enough on the great service I received!! Normally my car would be in for routine service, but on this occasion it was in to have snow tires put on and as usual was done as scheduled with a sense of urgency while I waited. I have found the service department to be very dependable and competitively priced.
I had only just started to look for a new truck, but my old truck, which had been running fine, kind of died as I pulled into the Rhinebeck Ford lot to just "look around." This caused something of a pickle for me. Rolando just took it in stride, spent time with me, showed me some options and low and behold I found a perfect replacement on the spot! He got me into a Toyota Tacoma I loved, matched my budget, and I didn't feel like I was cornered in even though I was "strongly motivated" to get a new truck that day. He stuck with me as I contacted my credit union for financing, and everything worked out just great! A nightmare turned into a dream, seriously.
